Drove here wanting a black bean burger and this listing has no phone number to call to see if they are open. Google says open. Gate closed and I’m not going to wait for some crew to open it. Waste of time to even drive here. I’m going to go find a restaurant that I don’t have to wait for someone to open a gate.

Online menu is a damn lie. It’s no longer a seafood restaurant just a Mexican restaurant ?? absolutely disappointed

Waterfront is gone. It is now El Arriero. Food was pretty decent. Normal Mexican food. Location is nice and clean. Great views of the lake.

This is now El Arriero. I had pollo pop-eye and it was VERY salty and the rice wasn’t very good, just tasted like the canned veggies it was mixed with. Salsa was good. Service was fine. Maybe it’s new restaurant kinks they need to work out, but I wouldn’t go back for a while until they are more settled in.

When we entered the sign said "please wait to be seated" We stood waiting and noticed the bartender just looked at us, no greeting, have a seat or anything. After a few minutes, i just asked if we sit ourselves. He said yes and he would get the waitress. Food was good and service was good from our waitress.

We ate at El Arriero (might share space with Waterfront Grill). Food was excellent and reasonably priced for being on the lake. Service was outstanding. Can’t wait to come back!
Awesome little tucked away gem! So… classic bar food, but with a unique beachy type twist! Also, full menu!!! All the food was great and FRESH!!! We tried the chips and some special dip, I meant to take a pic of the menu, but I forgot. It had cream cheese, ham, bacon, and pineapples in it. So good! Cousin had the volcano shrimp that lasted 2 seconds. The side salads were big and fresh. All dressing is homemade! For entree I had the Huli Huli Chicken- a bbq styled grilled chicken. Side was baked potato. My cousin had the wings- they’re battered and delicious! Others had the grouper and catfish plates. There was none left when the waitress came to pick up dishes. Everything was cooked to perfection. I took home a cold plate- chicken salad, pimento cheese, and crackers! Excellent, friendly, and fast service!!!! It’s was a great experience on the lake. They have drive up boat options as well. Very unique place that our area desperately needs! Can’t wait to revisit, especially this summer! You should give it a try, I don’t think you will be disappointed.
Parking: Easy, close to restaurant!
