11-29 2024 5pm worst service ever didn't get what i ordered.The order taker loud as hell.Get to window nicest girl that's always there around this time Rude ppl inside telling her to hurry while they gave me wrong drinks lady coming out side door telling me to pull up only to get cold fries wrong drink n she telling me how drunk the mngr is.Wake Up Wendy's District Mngr GMs whoever.Sure this not who u want to represent your store. No receipt giving at all just a bunch of cold fries n cold burgers.

New space was in good condition. They were terribly understaffed. Food took a while. Coupon use was a big hassle. Closed the lobby to dining at 6:30.

Went through the drive thru ask if I could get fried chicken in my wrap and the girl said we can give you a piece of and you cut it up!!! Very rude!!!

I don’t why I even give this Wendy’s another shot. Food is ALWAYS WRONG and soda is ALWAYS BAD!!! Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. I’ve tried this Wendy’s at least 5 times and it’s always the same. I’ve thrown away my drink every single time I have went there.

We stopped by after my grandson's ball game. I gave it a low score because of the lack of cleanliness in the dinning area. It was 8:30 or 9:00 PM and no one in the dinning room except for myself and my husband. My son stopped by to take home for his family. I don't blame the workers it's a management of the store. You don't have responsible workers that is going to take the initiative to do any job except what they are trained to do. All the tables needed wiped off and the service area hadn't been cleaned. My biggest pet pev is when you walk in to the store is that my feet stuck to the floor every step I took. More training should be done on cleaning the mop water after cleaning up spills. Also when you're on the clock you're not being paided to be on your phone. There's nothing wrong with having them for emergencies but keep them in your pockets. Management needs to do better period.

Best food consistently. Anytime of day. Sounds wild, but I'm one of those foodies who appreciates a good fast food burger and these folks are ALWAYS super courteous and the food is always hot, fresh, crispy fries. They also take care of their veterans on veterans day.

The doors are locked at 2:14pm on a Tuesday and I see workers inside and customers why are the doors locked

Doordashed food from this wendys food wasn't fresh and the pineapple milkshake was awful. Can tell everything was sitting before the dasher got to the restaurant 🙄 wastes $40

Pretty ok I reckon
Placed an online order, and they stated they did not have it when I went to pick it up. After waiting for the manager for 30 minutes I finally got my food after I had to convince her to make it. Terrible experience
