Didn’t receive all drinks. didn’t receive fries. waited 20 minutes for saucy nuggets alone. was there waiting in drive through for 45 minutes. We placed a mobile order. got extra burgers that we didn’t order. BUT we did get all of the frosty we ordered.

Slowest service known to man. Fully staffed kitchen and completely empty restaurant, and yet it still took over half an hour to make my (very simple) order. Nightmare service.

My order was wrong twice. I ordered a Double Wendys combo. I received a single burger with bacon. They replaced it with a single burger with no bacon. Took it back. They added another burger to the same sandwich. I think I should have received an entire new sandwich. Never got a sorry sir. I might add this was just one incedent. Not typical in my experience with Wendys.

Ordered 2 jr bacon cheese burgers and 2 6 ct nuggets for inside dinning. I asked for one of the burgers to be toasted or something soon as the lady upfront goes to take the burger back the staff in the cook goes she was in bathroom instead of acknowledging if anything they was serving cold food. I was in the bathroom no longer than 5 mins no name was called to let me know the food was ready or my grandmother would have gotten the food. But to be honest all the food was cold I just didn’t bother to request everything to be recooked so it was upsetting to hear them complain about the one burger.

Getting breakfast this morning, and we had asked for a small coffee well two, the lady didn’t clarify what is what and rung us up for Frosty’s and continued to argue with us about how that’s not what she heard with a very strong attitude at that! Wendy’s do better with your staff please!

Be careful going to this location after midnight... they were only taking 2 orders at a time which is fine except it took almost 15 minutes per person to order and get their food. We placed an online order. At the speaker the worker left the mic on instead of turning it off so we got to listen to some interesting banter between the employees but it was obvious none of them knew what they were doing. Took 5 times of repeating the simple name Laura before the lady could understand me, somehow Laura and Margaret sound similar. Then after we get to the windows the lady couldnt find our order anymore because she deleted it to make times look better, then proceeded to tell us the drinks were empty and we had to make different selections, which also followed with asking the same thing 4 times and not being able to remember what we tell her in a matter of seconds. After a wait they then bring the food and we are missing chili... to which we are then told ohhh were out of chili, do you want a substitution? I said yes just a fry please and she says okay. Walks about 2 steps away and comes back and ask Do you want another burger, fries, or something else to substitute the chili.... hands down absolutely horrible location at night.

Me and my son waited 45 mins for lunch, seemed like no one knew what they was doing. The girl that took our order was very rude. Then they had a guy walking around talking to customers that was really creepy. So needless to say Ibwill never go back to this Wendy's again.

placed order online, i go to pick it up, kid on the counter looks at me and says there is no order. I show him my phone he saying they never got it. Whatever. He offers to remove the charge from my card but he never did. Charged me 20 bucks to waste my time. Never go to this wendys, try whataburger instead

Very disrespectful.doors were unlocked refused to give me my pick up order and manager was disrespectful told me to get out that I wasn’t allowed to be in there when the door was open and everyone is giving rude faces and not being professional
