The morning shift at this location is pure rude. I order 2 honey butter sandwiches and drove around to the drive thru to pay. So as I was leaving and got to work, I realized my order was messed up and they charged me 8 dollars for a meal I didn’t order, I only asked for the $1.29 honey butter sandwich. However I called the store manager and let them know my order was wrong and I’m coming back. As soon as I walk in the store, the lady at the drive thru was like here he go, please take care of his order because he should have ordered right the first time. So the store manager came, she was all loud and wanting to be seen about an order, so I switched my order got something else and had her refund me. I will not return back to this location at all
Now I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a lil while. I ordered a medium single’s combo through door dash. Why did they play with my drink and gave me some cold fries?? I ordered a blueberry pomegranate lemonade and got a nasty flat soda machine drink. Then when I called the girl pretty sure her name is Destiny or something like that she’s in the drive thru said they don’t have control over door dash orders…You can keep your nasty attitude.

The food of this place is good, the man who works at the drive thru is a rude person, I came to ask him something about my order and this person started talking to me very loudly to tell me that he had to queue and ask the question out loud, I spoke to him well and in a polite way, apparently the man is angry with the world and does his job in a negative way :(

I work across the street at the mall I live in Easley . I ALWAYS choose this Wendy’s on break and at the end of my shift . I just went through the drive thru and was treated so disrespectful by Rachel . She was very rude and acted as if she was mad at the world. I work customer service at BElk and I would never treat anyone the way that she treated me . Ticket # 3254I LOVE LOVE their nuggets and barbecue sauce . I didn’t realize that I was I my getting one . So I asked for another one . She said they are 15cents I said sure I would love another one . Then she said I am not allowed to ring up additional food at the window . Remind you that she just took my money for my food . Being that I ALWAYS get an extra one and never treat this way . I asked for a refund bc I can’t eat it without sauce in my fried and nuggets . She looked at me like I had robbed the store . After the stare she then called the young manager over to refund me . I asked him to please sell me a sauce . He never appologized , offered , nor did he even eye contact me . He gave my money closed the cash register and walked off.I guess this is how the pandemic left us after hiring poorly rude disrespectful attitude young folks that’s not grateful to have a job that treats paying customers like crap.I can’t even ask for the manager bc he was just like her !
