Didn’t receive all drinks. didn’t receive fries. waited 20 minutes for saucy nuggets alone. was there waiting in drive through for 45 minutes. We placed a mobile order. got extra burgers that we didn’t order. BUT we did get all of the frosty we ordered.

There was only 3 people working there. The customer ahead of my group waited for a hour for his food. My group ended up getting our food before them. There was no condiments for customers in lobby. The drink machine looked like it hadn't been cleaning in a month. Would not recommend.

Went to this Wendy's about 1:30 p.m. on a weekday. There was no line, the lady on the intercom was very friendly. She took my order, I pulled up to the window paid, my Wendy's double was correct, the fries were hot, my large spray was excellent, and my medium chocolate frosty was the best of all. This location is really really great compared to most.

I went to this Wendy's and ordered two chicken nugget combos and a Jr. bacon cheeseburger. The french fries were hard as a rock, and cooked in old grease. The nuggets were not fresh either. I had to come back and ask for fresh food. Only to receive another batch of hard, old grease french fries. If I wanted kettle cooked potatoes. I would go buy me a bag of potato chips. Then the little girl checked my burger with her naked, bare hands. Nobody had on gloves. This particular Wendy's on main street across from Anderson, SC Mall is always not busy. I asked to speak to the manager. Here comes this child that literally looks to be about 15 years old. She was not friendly and looked like she did not want to be bothered. $25 for 2 chicken nugget combos and a Jr bacon. I finally just asked for a refund. I will not ever go back to this Wendy's. No wonder the drive thru is always clear. A waste of my time and money. They need to change their grease and hire some mature adults to work there! Ridiculous 🤮😡

I just came up here for some delicious food. I ordered a 4 piece reg nug and asked they be cooked fresh and ill gladly wait. They take 8 mins I waited over 10 mins when I asked for them politely I was rudely greeted by a black woman manager who informed me to go sit down, I said ma'am I've waited 10 mins for my nugs, an I wasn't rude at all to the staff. She tells me she knows me that she's dealt with me in the drive-thru, which was only the other night and I was on foot for a mobile order, an before that I hadn't been to this location in over a year. I asked her what her name was she rudely asked me why do you need to know that, an I said because you are a wendys manager are you not? She said yea and?! Well I am here now so now what?! I said ma'am I actually came here for an interview at 3pm and the man knew I was coming and just left and won't answer his phone. Her attitude then changes, exclaiming well I didn't know all that. I said we'll perhaps you could have asked me!! I have already gotten a full cash refund on my mobile order from the freshness of my food and the mouth on the crew member named Rachel. This store needs some SERIOUS re-training on how to speak to the customers!! And this location needs to up the pay!! I do want to give a big THANK YOU TO THESE EMPLOYEES--Katelyn-manager. Joshua-front lobby. And Mr. Phil-front sandwich maker. Food was hot and on point! Thanks guys I will be back!

They take forever making your food not to mention the lack of customer service they act like its a bother to work. If you don't want to work and you want to be grumpy then don't be in the customer service industry its that simple, you could work in a factory atleast that way your still doing the same menial tasks day after day and you dont have to deal with people plus you get paid more to do less. Moral of the story i would not go here again unless they had a whole new crew
