It's important to remember food safety when handling food for others. I didn't see any food handlers at this establishment wearing gloves when they prepared my food. One cut on the finger or one trip to the restroom without washing hands can get someone sick. Please...wash your hands and wear gloves.

Is Wendy's losing money and trying to pinch corners? I ordered a $5 bag, my food was hot because I asked for it, cooked fresh. My value fry container only had like 1/4 of the amount of fries that could actually fit in there and the carton was turned upside down, in my bag hidden under the crispy chicken. Give people the food you advertise or change your advertisment so that 10 fries are in the carton opposed to a full carton. The girl at the window gave me 50 cents from $6 and my total, she said was $5.45.... I guess I should say, at least my food was hot.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Wendy's. I came into claim a T-Mobile offer. It wasn't loading on the Wendy's app so I asked to speak to a manager. He basically could have cared less to help me and said call customer service. I was on hold for over 20 minutes. I had this happen once before and at another location the manager was so kind that he said not to worry if the app wasn't working he could see the promotion on my phone and gave that to me anyways. I will NEVER stop at this Wendy's location again!

The service was beautiful I loved the Grandma's that are in there making the food it's just like watching your mom's and your grandma's cooking.. I'm just like always the chili was fantastic it was delicious thick tasted like I wanted to have thirds and fourths servings and I don't think the cooks and the service people don't get paid enough for what they do because they really work their butts off making that place clean and welcome to everyone who wants to come and eat the most delicious food they ever made french fries was always cooked well done and hot cheeseburgers delicious well done thick tasty chili was fantastic I love their chili.. Wendy's has been around since 1969 and I would eat there more than McDonald's and Burger King and Hardee's put together because if you compare the cheeseburgers to all their cheeseburgers Wendy's is the best cheeseburgers grilled cooked well done and don't have to worry about anything I would go there every day if I had the money.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a double baconater meal and a loaded nacho cheeseburger meal that was a single. They gave me a double bacon ater meal and a single bacon ater meal, like really. I really wanted my loaded nacho cheeseburger. ?
