Don't waste your time or money. Slower than Molasses. Waited in line for 10 minutes waiting to order. Only 2 cars ahead of me. I finally pulled. Don't waste your time or money

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at Wendy's. The manger was yelling in the drive thru at his employees and interrupted me 3 times while I was trying to place my order, burger was literally freezing cold with my large fries pretty much entirely empty and cold and couldn't even fill my large drink all the way up. Couldn't even give me a receipt for feedback so I guess this is how it's gotta be done. Never going back here if this is the quality of service and food at your peak business hours.

Popped off the interstate to eat on a 15hr leg. Got to the fast food chain around 6:30pm Ordered a Son Of a Baconator combo. The sandwich was cold. Keep in mind the lobby was empty and maybe a car or two in the driveway. I usually don’t complain but I was already hangry and they were slow. I told them my burger was cold and asked them to please remake it. The new cashier told a young woman working the drive through and she rolled her eyes. 5 minutes later, I get the remake, open it up and it’s a Dave’s single. Handed it back, told them what I ordered. More glares among themselves like they don’t know what time it is. A young lady finally told me she was going to make it and did. She was the most pleasant of about 5 others milling about. No offer to give me fresh fries because of course mine got cold waiting. Never again. Do better. There was also to much ketchup on both. Messy, wiped most of the condiments off with paper towels and threw most of the bread away. Quiet pit stop to stretch was the most pleasant thing about the whole place.

Girl at the register is extremely rude and I’m surprised she’s still there considering all these reviews about her. I don’t understand why you don’t quit if you don’t like your job.

The lady taking orders at the window should be working in the back somewhere that she dont have to talk to people. You guys should definitely re-evaluate who is the face if your buisness.

Who ever the girl is working the window on satuday 11/8/25 at at 1:38pm does not need to be dealing with people. She is extremely rude and the food was just thrown in the bag fries and nuggets all over the place. Would get better customer service at the shell gas station up the hill getting a hot dog off one of the rollers. There is a reason yall have a 3.9 on google. Its not my fault you hate your job. The food itself was not that bad. The servers are making yall look bad.

Drive thru guy, I don't know his name, complained I had 2 orders and made noises in the drive thru acting annoyed he had to do his job. Very disrespectful and shouldn't have a job. He laughed at me for telling him to just take my order. Will be contacting Wendy's corporate.
