I love coming to this Wendy's. The people are super friendly, the food is always hot and fresh; and the manager's always welcome's you with a smile.
My first job was here and it was absolutely disgusting. Many workers don't wear gloves especially when handling the raw meat. The counters, floors, and windows are cleaned however with greasy grey water from the back room. Specific colored mops are used for specific areas of the store yet nobody listened to this so the grease from the kitchen is now being spread on the resteraunt floors including the bathrooms. One of the shift managers, Sharon, had talked about seeing mice run underneath the equipment thoughout the back of the restaurant. I never did see a health inspector but I'm praying that someone will see this. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I am ashamed to know that my family ate there. I hope they get shut down. Many reviews have talked about how rude and terrible the service is. Let's hope they see this.

On my last visit, the employee who took my order went on break right after. 4 of my 5 items sat on the counter in an open bag. Getting cold. My 5th item was ignored for over 20 minutes until the manager finally noticed that I was still standing there. She promptly asks "where is this man's chicken sandwich?". The employee, returning from his break, replies "I'm making it now".

We went at 9 am the doors were locked, I think due to staff shortages. Drive through was open. They have 2 for $3 breakfast sandwiches. We also tried their seasoned home fries. They were pretty tasty and everything was cooked to order. The honey chicken biscuit was also really delicious.

I'm sure during the day, this place is better, but anytime after 9pm, you're a inconvenience to the employees working there. It has been like that for a while but tonight has been the worst. The older woman was very annoyed there was more than 3 people waiting in the drive through. She would pull 2-3 cars at a time and wait to take the order until all 3 cars were done. When you got to the window, the woman would out snatch cards and cuss out the customer on her drive thru mic before turning it on and telling the customer to wait a moment. Many people sped off. After I paid, I waited a total of 20 minutes at this point, and then I had to wait an extra 6 minutes. When I peaked in the window, you could see 3 employees laughing and standing around with arms crossed during this rush. When I got the food finally, fries were already cooled down and my food was like warm. I understand that this location isn't particularly busy after a certain time but don't treat the customers like garbage because you wanted a easy night and didn't want to serve them.
