Horrible service, waiting in the drive thru for 15 min, i went to the window and they told me to go back to the drive thru. A lot of cars left because no one was taking any order. 👎

Ordered a double baconator combo meal and small chili and total cost $16.14 I got the drink which was flat and a bag with half cup of chili juice and fries! No sandwich at all! Went back and handed receipt to guy and he said sorry hang on, then handed me another bag with small fries only! Still no burger! So I handed him everything back and receipt too and said get the manager please so they could figure out the order when I was handed a bag again it had burger uncooked bacon raw same half cup chili juice and ice cold fries! How you think it tasted? Corporate should fire every kid working at this Wendy's on 28 bypass Anderson sc because I'm going to health department tomorrow morning with this RAW BURGER then my lawyers office

When I ordered my food the person in the restaurant,I felt was hollering at me,told her she was very loud when I got to the window to pay,I live less than 8 mins from this location got home everything was cold called them 3 times no one answered never again

Hamburger taste like going bad. Bad oder in the meat. Wendy's use to be so good. I was very disappointed. French Fries are good. No milkshakes. I mean really?

Never seen more lazy phat people in my life. This new crabby patty meal is a scam. The frosty just has small amount of drizzle. Not even enough to taste. Then they say they don't mix. Lies. Corporate needs to shut it down and hire all new people
Well we've eaten here twice in as many days and the food was terrible both times. Completely wrong the second time and ice cold the first time and can't get anyone on the phone to fix it. Epic fail.
