This Wendy’s usually is impeccable, but last visit the 2nd window person just stared at me when i asked a question-wouldn’t fix what was missed. (-UNTIL i said NM then went back to a normal person. Idk bout u but playing stupid n not understanding n then to completely understanding everything else…that’s a no go for me) no, sir. I was going to go back. I decided to wait until they changed ppl, again to even attempt to eat here. The manager was going to make good on something they completely botched, but again-i don’t like ppl playing with good n best to just not ho back imo.

I decided to use Uber eats to get us some food and boy was that a mistake. So I get my food and don't get me wrong the delivery person was great but the food on the other hand was horrible. I have never been so disgusted with food from this Wendy's as I am tonight. I mean ordered two cheese fries and they were ice cold with cheese not melted, then bought two different hamburgers and both were absolutely disgusting poorly put together stuff we didn't ask to be out in the burger was in there, then on to the Nugget oh my God was those things absolutely nasty as crap. I am never going back and highly recommend not wasting your hard earned money on this nasty place.

So I was given a spicy chicken sandwich raw. Didn't realize until I got home then when I went back I said please make sure it's cooked the following week the lady said Huh? WHAT YOU SAYING ? that was 2 days ago and I told her I was pulling off ! Just wanted my sandwich cooked instead of raw.

I have never had a good experience here. The service is terrible and the experience has always been stressful. Today I went by at 7:30pm and there doors were locked and employees were sitting inside. I happened to see one standing outside smoking and asked if they were closed. They said no, to which I informed them their doors were all locked. They were shocked. They went inside for a few mins and another guy came out and said their system was down…fine, I get that, but your employees aren’t aware of that and they sit inside and look at you and your kid pulling on a locked door and can’t get up and say something? Never going back to this location, which is sad because it’s close to my house.

Me and my boyfriend decided to stop at Wendy’s for dinner. Among us walking in, we quickly realized we locked the keys in In the truck. while we were stranded at Wendy’s for over an hour, They ended up having a very approachable staff. When I first walked in, I The staff was very friendly Scoop Is very friendly and maya was that girly friend I needed in that moment. we talked about very personal topics Overall, best experience in a long time so glad I got stranded

Went to get a new Frozty fusion and they do not have the toppings. I ordered a small for my wife and a medium for me. We received two smalls and charged for a med and a small.
Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. I came on my lunch break and noticed the whole crew was outside smoking. I went to drive-thu and they stayed outside and continued to smoke. I waited 7 minutes for them to take my order and when they finally got my order, I didn’t hear pull around or total so I didn’t know if they got it or not. 2 mins later someone else asked could they take my order. I just drove off they probably didn’t wash their hands anyway.

Google says closes at 12 midnight. Arrived at the drive through order station at 11:04 pm just to get told they only take online orders from 11pm to midnight. Went to BK down the street where you can have it your way and it was great.
