The food is super delicious. But the drive through takes FOREVER. Like it’s hot, I’m hungry, my blood sugar is dropping and my ac is struggling sitting in line for burgers. Why does it take so long? We hopped out and got snacks at the food truck next door to tide us over until we could pull up to the window. I’m not exaggerating. Also they have two lines for the drive through to order but just know if you pull up to the outside one absolutely no one will let you in. Might as well go somewhere else. We got donuts while waiting.🤷🏼♀️ Can’t say that is an endorsement.
So disappointing. When I finally got my food about 15-20 min later it was a cold burger. Maybe it had been made fast but the line didn’t go fast enough and the burger got cold? I asked them to remake it by going inside and heard the employee saying “she wants it remade”, and this employee was nice, and someone else yelling “WHY?” And then a lot of complaining about it. The food is really good and that’s such a conflicting thing because I’m unsure if I’ll go back. It ultimately ended up taking about 40ish minutes.
Edit to add: some staff was super nice and helpful. One offered me a cup for a drink to help with the low blood sugar because I’m diabetic. And that was considerate, so I grabbed some swallow of sweet tea so I didn’t get too dizzy. So thank you to her for understanding that diabetes low blood sugar doesn’t wait. Once it starts dropping it’s dropping.

Great food, but … the service is slow to the degree of waiting 15-20 minutes in the drive through for cold food. And then getting push back when we asked for a replacement. So… that’s not worth it. I hope they can get it together.

Lauren and her staff at the Anderson Whataburger are the best! They so graciously hosted a Spirit Night for our all-star softball team as they prepare for the World Series and they went above and beyond!
Not only do they donate a portion of the proceeds to the team but we showed up to eat dinner and they had gotten balloons and decorated the seating area with softball themed items! They had a special table set for them and gave each girl a little gift!
It was totally unexpected and so thoughtful! We appreciated them so much and they made the girls feel so special!
Thank you for such a great night! We will continue to support this restaurant who is working so hard to connect with our Anderson community! Thank you!

First time ever at one of the WB locations. It didn't start well. Ordered 2 burger combos. One burger was served plain. No cheese. No toppings. I told her to leave the condiments off but thats it. They left everything off. Burgers were ok at best. Reminds me of Burger King whoppers. Decent sized though. Fries were ok. Id put them behind McDonalds, Wendy's, and Culvers. The shakes were reminiscent of Wendy's frostees. They were pretty good. The cashier was nice but was teenage flirting/arguing with another employee. We rarely do fast food anymore. We will NOT be back to this location or chain. Not worth $30 for two combos. Not even close.
