Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’ve Ate At All The Zaxby’s In Anderson ! I Usually Don’t Eat At The One On Highway 81 But This Evening I Ate At The 81 Location,I Ordered My Usual Meal,Large Wing & Things Traditionally With Hot Honey Mustard. But This Time ,I Changed The Sauce For The Chicken,I Told Them I Wanted The Garlic Sauce ! I Got Home,Ate That Garlic Chicken Sauce, While Eating The Chicken,I Got Sleepy,Real Sleepy. The Rest Of The Meal Was Fine,Just Watch That Garlic Sauce On Your Chicken. Wife Said I Was Talking Crazy In My Sleep When I Went To Bed. I Kept Mentioning 81.🤣🤣 I Guess The Garlic Sauce Just Didn’t Agree With Me. Been Eating Zaxby’s Food For Over 20yrs In Different States And South Carolina.

Food was good but did mobile order. App said food would be ready at 5:19. At 5:18 was told to pull forward in drive thru. Went inside at 5:30 and food was sitting on counter. And was told they didnt know the young lady had pulled me forward. So if I hadn't went in, who knows when they would've brought it out to me.

Awful. I ordered the tacos on 9/12 thru drive around lunch time. .got home no sauce. Very very cold took me app 6 min got get home. Awful the one tiny piece chicken inside was cold chicken . Never again

High prices and low portion sizes. And my order was incorrect. I was the only customer in the building so not sure why my app order would be wrong. It is what is. I guess I’ll take this L. 30$ down the drain. Won’t be back.

Ordered delivery from app ..didn’t receive my drinks, food cold, 7 fries/3 boneless wings in the appetizer tray …food was on my neighbors porch ..called to get drinks and the guy said I would have to pick them up ..after I paid $7 delivery fee + tip

Dante deserves a raise.

The last few times I’ve been to this location, since the renovation, the service has been incredible! Drive thru has been super fast, the employees have been polite, and the food delicious. When you’ve got a short lunch break, Zaxby’s helps it stretch!

The Lady at the window they took my mind and she was pretty nice. But my complaint is is that I was the only one in drive-through. Nobody was in the dining room and I waited for my food for 30 minutes At the drive-through window. And I count seven cars behind me. A few of them had already ordered and they drove away because it’s too much of waiting. I don’t know what’s going on, but this Zaxby’s need to get it together. And all I have was a chicken finger plate and a boneless wing plate

Ordered shrimp meal, got the tenders and shrimp combo. Shrimp was soft, not crispy. Fries looked like someone had mashed them flat and had no seasoning.
