I didn’t finish my review earlier. Got a Cobb Salad at 9:00 PM on Saturday, 9/21 at Greenville Street location in Anderson, SC. Missing from my Cobb Salad were the Texas Toast & the boiled egg. Very disappointing!! I feel I should be compensated.

Yk I don’t usually leave reviews but this is just sad I’ve gone here twice and have been pulled up each time for more than 10 minutes! Last time I had to go back up to the window and they still gave me someone else’s order and now the second time I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready at 8 well now it’s 8:11 and there’s no one in the drive thru… this is the saddest fast food I’ve ever gone to. So we ended up having to go to the window and the girls were just laughing once they seen us and they still forgot our sandwich.

I'm leaving this Zaxbys now and had to get on here and give them a top rating and state what a great experience I just had. The place was packed when I arrived and they did so good dealing with the crowd and getting everything out in a timely manner and even with a few rude customer, the staff was handling it and dealing with customers with a smile on their faces. After a couple of very bad experiences that I've had at other restaurants this past 2 weeks, this was a pleasant change. Thank you to the staff!

We ordered $80 worth of food tonight. 3 Mr. Breast boxes, a Zax Snack and a family tender meal. That's a lot of chicken so I ordered online for in store pickup. The order was ready on time, the staff was friendly and helpful and everything was fresh and amazing!! We order zaxbys every time we have all of our kids together because it's always a win. I have had nothing but good experience at this location!

Unfortunately: the bread was burnt, the fries had no seasoning, and the chicken was super tough. The only good thing was the fried pickles. Not going anymore from the price alone

Go to Chick-fil-A. Unless you want an underwhelming burnt fried chicken sandwich that tasted like it was cooked In old seafood oil. Disgusting and honestly gagworthy. Tossed my dinner and will be requesting a refund.- update - I actually got sick from this place. Will be contacting the health dpt. Reviews of mold, nasty ranch sauces, and my latest experience - these people shouldn't be serving food.

I ordered my food to go, part of my order were 3 extra Ranch sauces, all 3 of those Ranch sauces were cold so i thought how nice of them to give me cold ranch. All 3 sauces were beyond bad, almost like slime, yellowish just disgusting!!
