Barely go here used to love Zaxby’s but now try like once a year and somehow they just manage to keep getting worse and the food like why do they keep going up but quality just keeps going down got uncooked chicken and plain fries like do they have any fry seasoning anymore? Or did they get rid of that? Bc I only get plain fries for some reason no matter if u tell them extra seasoning so is there just no seasoning and I’m not getting it? And like if your going to charge what you do for a plate then it should be eatable

Manager rude and cashier....I mentioned a broken drink machine then asked for straw and paper towels...they seemed annoyed..I asked...then the food was wrong...so I gave it to homeless person out front.

They are very unprofessional and rude, I went through the dive through and asked for sauce and paid for it they had forgotten our straws so we ask for our straws they soon after came back with our food which was cold (just my boneless wings) and was told “man yall need to get up out my drive through ,been here for like 2 minutes “ bc we asked for sauce and straws

I always get the 6 fingers plate with all fries and a coke I came in there the people up front acted as if they didn't care to wait on me I got my food and it had 6 chicken fingers but they were not fresh I couldn't eat it kind of made me feel like it was someone else's like maybe I drive off or something from someone but I was not pleased at all it just wasn't good at all

My order was late. Didn’t have my sauces I paid for. My order was missing food. After paying 41 dollars. There was no one in the drive through ordering and the parking lot wasn’t full. Not sure where the issue was with why things went wrong today.

The food at this location can be a hit or miss. My last 2 visits have been a miss. I was there on Thursday night, and the wings weren't fully cooked. I had to place them in the air fryer to finish them up. The chicken strip were good.
The young ladies at the drive through were very nice.

Was greeted with smiles as soon as I stepped in. Management and cashiers alike. Kitchen threw down in that kitchen. Great job all the way around. Someone give this store a bonus!
