Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Was greeted with smiles as soon as I stepped in. Management and cashiers alike. Kitchen threw down in that kitchen. Great job all the way around. Someone give this store a bonus!

No one was outright rude, which earned 2 stars. The food, though not completely right, was good and earned 1 star. Mobile order placed - unable to pick up in drive thru, which was fine since the drinks were wrong and needed to be fixed. One food item was the 8 piece boneless wings meal. They put 5 in there. The meal literally has "8" in the title of it, so I'm not sure what the issue was there. At that point, we didn't feel like going back inside to have something else fixed.

Pulled me up to wait on my food. Just to give me old wings. Only gave me 3 wings one that was all bone and had a nasty attitude when I called to tell them they made a mistake.

It's a Zaxbys the food ood just not enough for the price an the service at this one on hwy28 by Walmart they will over look you on a crowded Friday night stand close to the counter

Rude. Took the food back that was wrong, and put it back in kitchen after it was touched. This place went down hill.

Staff is nice however taco plates lackes enough sauce and no cheese. Sent them back still no cheese.

Keely the associate taking the orders in the drive through has a major attitude. Definitely not suited to assist customers. Her short clipped response when requested thousand island for my salad was “out”… I decided just get my order and not go back to this particular zaxbys.. But it gets better…. She rudely tells me while pointing to pay there…. Only the other girl had left… I just waited then Keely comes up to take the payment complaining she doesn’t get paid to do this… Food was good and the person giving me the food very pleasant.. only bad apple was the first person I encountered. Spoke to the manager, Jamela. Very courteous and understanding… one bad hire can effect the entire crew…
