Food was Burger King - standard fare. Service was odd, we had a group with a few orders, two average and one large. The first two small orders were filled quickly, but the large order took ages to get ready, with almost six other parties being served before any food came out for that order at all. Staff constantly rotated positions in the kitchen, and it seemed no one had an assignment or dedicated role.
My family and I were in the drive through, and our window server, Rena, gave wonderful customer service! She even greeted the customers behind us with the Burger King motto! She was respectful, friendly, and gladly tended to our needs! It felt as if we were talking to a friend, rather than an employee. I would recommend her services to anyone eating at Burger King, or any other establishment ?
I went to Burger King for their 2 for $6 special. What a great deal for the price. The chicken sandwich was hot and fresh and the single quarter pounder was delicious! The entire staff seemed to be happy and enjoying their job even though they looked busy. The store seems like they need more people in the evening to help with the rush. Andrews is a small town and limited on places to eat so that would be my only suggestion
