Haven’t been to Andrew’s in years, my daughter wanted to go to try the pizza. The customer service was beyond great. The employees are so friendly & personable. Everyone smiled & said hello. The store is very clean. I even heard an employee talking to a customer she knew about how grateful she is for her job. That made the visit even that much better. We will definitely be going back! Can’t say enough about the customer service!

Ordered online and never received my food…this place is a fraud! I went to the store after waiting over 2 hours for my food and the rude employee Shannon Brown proceeded to yell at me. Stating she could only remake my food if I was going to pay again. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I explained to her that my food was never delivered and I didn’t want the refund, I only wanted to get the food that I had paid for. This place knows nothing about customer service and I will not order from here again.
