The staff completely ignored the patrons waiting to place or confirm orders from the virtual kiosk. They did get my special order right, but the lack of customer service and wait would inhibit a return visit to this location.
This store is amazing. It's the same McD food as normal anywhere. It's the people that make the difference. Been going here nearly daily since Oct 2024. Every time has been a good experience and most times great. The order accuracy is nearly 100% too. Whoever does hiring is doing splendid. This person(s) should be doing the hiring for the govt. Actually I've said before, that these people at McD should be put in charge of govt positions and the people in the govt...
It would be nice if the employees would LISTEN and put the CONDIMENTS in the bag. Some of their attitudes are pitiful. The store manager NEVER calls you back. She DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS. JUST THE MONEY.
