We ordered online and got our food and asked for certain extra vegetables and were told we could only get 8 pickles max then didn’t have but 2 kinds of cookies also claimed they couldn’t scan my app QR code for 700 points the food was thrown together very poorly made to where you could t really taste anything on the sandwich so we spent over $65 for a very big disappointment
The staff’s attitudes are horrible but almost disrespectful I really hope they can get everything corrected so we can have a proper experience

I picked up my dinner order for the doritos ft steak nachos. Only thing on it was steak doritos and cheese. Nothing else that is usually on it..no onions, no tomatoes, no baja Chipotle cause. Very disappointing since I had to return to work and have nothing else to eat. I teied to call but phone at subway won't pick up.

Ordered a sub online and pay the extra 3.59 for extra meat and didn't get it.....no big deal except this is the fourth time it has happened.
They're great, as long as you're standing right in front of them. Order online and they'll cheat you.

I only rated 4 stars for the service & atmosphere simply because while we were there for the time we was they only had 2 people working at that time. They was extremely busy, & to me it appeared to be they were having to try rushing through all orders simply because they were short handed. However otherwise the services were excellent with great people who seemed friendly & well mannered. The food food was of course great also, & everything visible to us seemed as though we're all fresh vegetables and meat that was available

Ordered food for my household of 8 as I have done twice weekly since this location opened. My husband’s rotisserie chicken bowel was less than 2/3 (almost half) of the bowl which is nothing like I’m used to. I called to see why and manager was very smart with me as if as she waited for me to call and said they now have portion control and that was that then proceeded to hang up on me when I questioned the changes. Then, all my sub was to be toasted, it’s cold, cheese is cold and something smells bad but she didn’t give me time to say anything about that either
. If this is how it’s gonna be I’ll take my $$$ elsewhere from now on. That’s a lot of money for little food. My subs were not toasted and ingredients were missing. Shame on Subway!!!

Order the same thing from there a few times a week but apparently there is a new manager in charge. I won’t go into any details because I try not to be negative but I will just go somewhere else.
Takes way too long. Stood there for about 15 minutes before someone decided to take my order I was the only one there,they was just Standing there,the three women was more concerned about gossiping than anything else, No one even wore hair nets which I thought goes against dhec standards.
