I just paid $12 for some jerky tenders, these must have been under a heat lamp for several hours. how do I get a refund

every time I've gone in around 5:30 after work to get chicken dinner for the family. all they have is a couple pieces of chicken and maybe 15 or 20 chicken strips. no sides has to be the worst managed chicken house I've ever seen. they're not supposed to close till 8 :00 and they have no food at 5:30

The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload

Have ate chicken bog many times. Broke the crown off of lower from tooth. Purchased 1 pc fish meal and large chunks of bone. Didn’t know unttil took a bite of the rice. Looking through the small container of rice found 2 additional large pieces. Took it back in showed counterperson my tooth and the large pieces of bone. Employee giggled at me and said’Honey it’s made with fresh chicken it will have bones in it’. So buyer beware if you don’t want to replace a crown Never eating here again. I should of took pics before throwing the food away.

Stop at speedway off of state highway 70 in Ohio to fuel up. Smelt good so decided to try some. Staff super friendly and chicken was moist and fresh. Would definitely do it again.

I had a bad experience with the food. I made a order of a chicken sandwich and a order order of boneless wings. The sandwich was ok, but the boneless wings were a disappointment. They just gave me pieces of bread that didn’t even had chicken in it. They were also looking very dry. I do not recommend this place at all. I really expected more of this food chain but of course, a disappointment. I was on toll road so wasn’t able to drive back. I try to go back to another location to see if they would help me and sympathize but the manager would not provide any help other than call GM manager and talk to her. She dis took pictures of my receipt and food but that was all. Not very helpful staff either.
