Always enjoy the food here, but yesterday I was eating fried shrimp and it was really chewy. When I spit it out, I realized the shrimp had not been shelled. At least 4 of the shrimp were unshelled. I mentioned this (and showed) the shells, she just said I’m sorry and gave me the bill. I don’t know what reaction I wanted, but something a little more than I’m sorry, I’m sure.

We love Seewee! However... tonight I thought to try the special of soft shell crabs. Big mistake for me, a crab meat lover. It's not that they were bad, just no crab meat or crab flavor. I won't be wasting my money on soft shell crabs again. My husband's fried shrimp were delish.

This is definitely a diamond in the rough. We drove all the way from Myrtle Beach to eat there, and let me say it was definitely worth the drive. Very good food and great friendly staff.

Cute place. Doesnt look like much from the highway, but it's worth the stop. We ordered flounder, shrimp and clam strips (2 items and 2 sides). The clam strips are the best I've had because they're lightly breaded. I could actually taste the clam!! So good! The flounder was cooked perfectly with a great fresh flavor. The cole slaw is a good balance of mayo and vinegar, which was nice. The baked mac-n-cheese is made in-house. We're major cheese freaks so a little more for us would've been cool; however, it still has that home made flavor which is awesome.

A small side of the road spot with eclectic feel and absolutely amazing food! The seafood is fresh and absolutely perfect and that’s saying a lot coming from a Florida girl! Staff is friendly and just perfect! The best calamari I have ever eaten. We had so much food to take home we had it for two days. This is a must if you’re in town!

Found this wonderful, friendly place on Hwy 17 about 20 miles north of MT Pleasant.Great menu with lots of variety, friendly welcoming staff and a really different setting. Apparently an old general store.
