Went to get chicken meals and had ro wait 30 minutes. When we got our meals the chicken had almost 2 inches of bread (crust) on it. This is not normal for Bojangles. It was too much bread and tasted awful. I hope the recipe has not changed.

Google said they closed at 11, went there at 10.. sat for 15 mins and then pulled to the window.. the employee just shook her head at me. Didn’t open the window to greet me or to say anything.

Always out of food. Past few times they had no ice in fountain machine and out of sweet tea. Just plain and simple, sorry service and needs new management.

Walked in to use the restrooms… then went to the register to order. Two girls behind the counter and neither of them acknowledged us… so we left! Seriously!

Not sure what is going on at this restaurant. Everytime I go lately you are asked to pull to the window to order instead of in the speaker they are speaking through. Then takes forever to get through the line. Order is often incorrect. Do better Bojangles.

I went at around 7 at night and they had no chicken and none cooking. When it is a business you. should never run out of product. Very unhappy.
