Tables were all dirty, literally all of them. We didn't finish the food, because it tasted too oily and salty. We had to ask more than once for our drinks. The condiments weren't stocked, and no napkins in the dining room. Terrible experience from start to finish.

Cant understand that when order without cheese means just no cheese and yet left off all the condiments. Plus still put cheese on burger. Truly not impressed lately. Other sandwich was suppose be normal yet left off all ingredients also smh.

Used to be a great place to go inside, order a meal, sit down and relax. Yesterday the atmosphere was tainted with 2 workers who were rude. One, took my order, walked away, i asked for my receipt, not facing me stated, "i'll put it in your bag!"
The cinnamon roll was dry and hard, when I took it to the cashier she handed it to the gal in the prep area leaning over saying something to her.. who then put it in the microwave.. returned it to me in a bag, still dry and hard.
Talked to the mgr, i want a fresh one.. which i received.
Most of the tables were not cleaned.
I will not be stopping in this Hardees again.
My friend had purchased a wrap which was dry and not flavorful.
I hope whatever the problem the cashier is having in her life will be resolved because it is no way to treat customers.
