Just waited over 30 minutes for a 6inch sub. One person in the drive thru in front of us. Then get it home order was wrong! I get it if you are busy. But do better!
After standing for several minutes before any of the 3 people behind the counter spoke... I ordered and paid for my meal. I paid for a large fountain drink - but later found the Pepsi was out. I asked the charming personality behind the register if I could get a 20oz out of the cooler. Leaving me standing again... she went to the back to ask the supervisor (who was outside fussing with someone when we walked in)...only to come back and tell me that I could get the 20oz Pepsi out of the cooler... but she would need my cup back.
Really? The 20oz probably cost less than the large fountain drink. She immediately threw the cup and the ice away... and if I wanted anything more out of the fountain machine - I would have gotten that before asking for the Pepsi that they were clearly out of.
Not really a big deal... but who does that? It wasnt my fault they were out. Had they posted a sign - I would have paid less for the 20oz to start with. It was obviously more important to the dear simple minded lady and mouthy shift leader to make a point - rather than do the right thing for the customer. Excellent way to represent you brand.
Great place. The people are always nice and smiling. I love the fact I can pick with them and they will pick back with me. The food is even better. Always has fresh bread, and fresh stuff on their line. The store is always clean, and the restrooms are well taken care of as well, unlike other places. Love going in here when I'm in town!
This is one of the worst places to go in Aynor. As a former employee and semi regular customer, there is so much to be discussed.
Service is slow. So unimaginably slow. Sure, it might take about 10 mins to get a sub out in the drive-through if it's busy, but 30 mins? Ridiculous. Staff has always needed customer service training.
As a former employee, I beg for yall to reconsider eating here. Many times, I'd see questionable meat, and when brought to the managers attention, she told us to serve it anyway. They drop cups on the floor, and if you throw it away, you get yelled at. They want you to RINSE it off and put it back. Employees aren't allowed to use the subway cups either. They make you pay full price or you have to use your own cup/ kitchen cups. They have the bare minimum staff so it's impossible to call out for an emergency. The only people who can cover for you either 1. Already worked that day or 2. It's the person who has the day off. Also, the tea only gets made once a day, at the beginning of the shift.
Needs new management.
Horrible!! Took 20 mins for the girl to make 1 sub because she was busy talking non stop to the other girl about things they should not have been talking about in front of a customer. One said the other night a customer threatened her so her baby daddy and her dad came up with guns to sit in the parking lot, then the other says she wanted to run home to go beat her kid. Not to mention the place smelled like bleach and mold.

Ordering through the App. workers must can’t read because they get our order wrong about 90% of the time. The food itself was fine it’s just aggravating when you get home and the order is wrong.

I can’t say the whole staff is awful, but one lady in particular is TERRIBLE! Tonya in particular working the drive thru was not helpful and extremely rude when I explained I needed assistance working the touch screen. She would not help me when I simply wanted only three things on my sandwich. She gave me attitude and assumed I should know how to work it already. My order was not at all complicated. We do not have a subway with a touch screen where I’m from. She for sure needs to be fired because she does not know what customer service is.

The staff is not friendly. They are simply rude and seem to be racist. They barely spoke and took 3 mins to put on gloves and just stood there when they were ready. She could have simply said are you ready. All three employees acted as if we were bothering them. They didn't even know how to cut the sandwiches. The just piled stuff on the sandwiches causing then to just be so messy. They need training on the proper way to make sandwiches and need a customer service class. If you don't want to work do not come in!!!

TOUCHSCREEN TO ORDER SUCKS! I sat behind another vehicle that took FOREVER, literally over 5 minutes just to order. Then ours took longer doing it by touchscreen, then they ask for a TIP. Haha. I ordered and PAID for extra cheese that clearly isn’t on it. It’s less than the normal Amount. Pass it up, people!!
