The staff is not friendly. They are simply rude and seem to be racist. They barely spoke and took 3 mins to put on gloves and just stood there when they were ready. She could have simply said are you ready. All three employees acted as if we were bothering them. They didn't even know how to cut the sandwiches. The just piled stuff on the sandwiches causing then to just be so messy. They need training on the proper way to make sandwiches and need a customer service class. If you don't want to work do not come in!!!

TOUCHSCREEN TO ORDER SUCKS! I sat behind another vehicle that took FOREVER, literally over 5 minutes just to order. Then ours took longer doing it by touchscreen, then they ask for a TIP. Haha. I ordered and PAID for extra cheese that clearly isn’t on it. It’s less than the normal Amount. Pass it up, people!!

Nothing has changed since the last review. Everytime I go I regret it. The food is nasty and the employees are rude. So show up tonight and they refused to take my $50 bill. It was all I had. So off to somewhere that wants to take my money to feed my kids.

Went through the drive through. I couldn't for the life of me figure how to find salads on the menu even after touching the subs and salad icon . After 2nd try I pressed the help button. I told her I couldn't find the salads . She stated it's there and that's all I got . I can't back out so I pull to drive up window and tell her I can't place an order for salads could she help me . She stated no we can't place orders at the window. I stated i couldn't find the salads could she help me . She said it's there ppl place salad orders all the time, you will have to come inside . Really Subway .

Did not get but one of my subs out of two, when asked if they could add the other I was informed I would have to drive through again and place another order. When I asked them to cancel my order, I was told that neither one of the ladies working could give a refund. Extremely bad service

The young lady that was preparing my food sneezed and gave me the food. I asked the Manager if I could get another sandwich which she was very nice and prepared another sandwich. The reason for my poor review is, instantly she should have prepared me another sandwich but she fixed the next two people behind me and didn't wash her hands. Come on now COVID-19 is still out here and real deadly.

I’ve gotten sick the last 3 times I’ve eaten there. It was mild and i assumed it was something else. I didn’t put it together until today when my son threw up half way through his sandwich and i got sick half an hour after. Sucks because i love subway and it’s the only one in town.
Great people that work there. They are quick when ordering for a family of 6. They make sure everything is correct.

My family and I had endured a very long day of travel to and from a funeral for a family member when we decided to go thru the drive tru at Subway restaurant in Aynor SC at approximately 7:30pm. I could tell immediately that this was a poor choice. The drive up menu had a speaker that was so loud that it literally caused pain to our ears. My daughter has special needs regarding food. We explained repeatedly that what the employee was telling us was not working on the “NEW” automated system. The small skinny white lady with the butch haircut was very rude. She came outside to help without even speaking to us. She went back inside and shouted obscenities to us through the glass with her Mr microphone. We were completely shocked and just left. This was absolutely a first for my family with Subway.

We often have dinner here at the Subway in Aynor and the Young Gentleman That was working tonight at closing has outstanding customer service skills! He’s always very pleasant whenever we stop in. He has even learned what kind of Sub I like without me mentioning it to him. Five Star she Highly recommended for dining
