I’m not quite sure how one can really ruin fast food but this branch definitely managed to do that. The burgers were stone cold. With very little mayo and ketchup it was cold and blend at the same time so congratulations for this rare combination but interestingly things did not end here. Coke zero was also bad in that. It tasted like sparkling water. I understand it’s tough working at the Wendy’s I respect the people who work here, but this particular one’s is one that I will definitely avoid at all costs.

Service is terrible! Two people in line and two cars at the drive up with four people working inside and they could not take our order. All four employees a knowledge our presents but would not come over and take our order. The bone woman with glasses looked like the manager and looked at us several times but let us stand there. We left and went to McDonald’s. Good luck with that business.

I was presently surprised how nice this Wendy's was decorated for fall. Staff was pleasant and was extremely clean, even the restrooms were sparkling! Good job!

We were moving and stopped in for a quick lunch. We found the store empty with few employees. But we saw a manager emptying trash cans in the lobby. There was liquid all over the floor at the napkin/lids/condiments area. The self serve drink machine was very splashed and dirty. We waited for the manager to finish with the trash, wash her hands and then complain about no towels to dry them. She used napkins. We waited for our food at the counter area, were we saw live roaches crawling and killed them. All the tables-every one of them were dirty when we got our food, but we chose a nit bad table to clean and ate our food. Only the fries were hot. Sad we can not find people to work anymore.
