We were moving and stopped in for a quick lunch. We found the store empty with few employees. But we saw a manager emptying trash cans in the lobby. There was liquid all over the floor at the napkin/lids/condiments area. The self serve drink machine was very splashed and dirty. We waited for the manager to finish with the trash, wash her hands and then complain about no towels to dry them. She used napkins. We waited for our food at the counter area, were we saw live roaches crawling...
They are getting better and trying to improve on service and they hit it great this time. The food was nice and hot and made correctly as we had several changes to the items. We had 4 different orders and they were all very good...from burgers to salads to chili cheese fries. We had a variety. With the coupons in the app, this is very affordable and great food for the cost.
The best experience I have had in a fast food restaurant in a long time. Employees were pleasant (especially the girl working the drive through) and the food was fresh and well prepared. I can give you a list of restaurants that need you guys to train them! Thank you and we will be back.
