No air conditions and the hash was burnt all up, with burnt pieces all through it. The hush puppies they just put out were so burnt they were black and unrecognizable . I wish I had gotten a picture. I don’t understand how you could look at that food and be okay with putting it on the bar. I’ve been a few times now and each time it gets worse.

I wish that I would have read previous reviews as another referenced the lack of AC. The thermostats in the dining area all read 92 degrees. Even the best meal is hard to enjoy at this temperature.

Been on the road for a while and was so excited to try Duke's bbq. Planned on getting food to go. Stood in line for almost 19 minutes while one nice young man was working the window, and processing takeout and helping with the line. I was unsure of what I wanted on my plates as I've never been here amd wanted to walk the line(as every other bbq place does) and he told me it would be a while because they only had 2 staff. It's a shame cause the Place smelled delicious, from what I could see the food looked great and the young man was very friendly.

Went there couple weeks ago for first time. Had to be 90 degrees and no air conditioning. Place was dirty including bathrooms. Food was not fresh . Okra was hard as a rock and can tell they used old oil. Desserts that should have been kept cold were mushed and warm. I cannot understand any of the good reviews !

Ac is out one small split unit. All the bathrooms were out of all paper towels, toilet paper. Squash casserole was amazing. Some of the foods needed to be restocked on the buffet.

PLEASE CLEAN YOUR RESTROOM. IT WAS NOT EVEN CLEAN ENOUGH WASH YOUR HANDS. THE WOMEN'S RESTROOM HAD ONE FUNCTIONAL FACILITY. THE OTHER ONE HAD A BROKEN SEAT AND WAS FILTHY. BBQ sauce container was broken. There was no sweet tea. It was very hot in the building. The staff was busy hanging out back smoking cigarettes with the door open. It is such a shame to see a business go downhill. It has so much potential. They do not seem to care enough to keep their assets in working order.

The best thing was the macaroni and cheese and the pickles (not worth $14 for that) The trash was overflowing from lunch. Come on Duke's do better. Won't be back!!
