My BF needed coffee, so we stopped at Hardee's. The gals there were great, happy, and chatty. My guys kind of women. We will definitely come back to this Hardee's next time we drive through.

It is 8:00pm and they are saying that all they have are chicken breasts left. If the store closes at 9:00pm and the customer asks for chicken thighs wouldn’t they make what the customer wants? I would have waited on the chicken to cook. Then the young girl at the window seemed to be mad when I simply asked the question “It is 8 and you say you close at 9? Why couldn’t they cook me some chicken?” She shrugged her shoulders. I am only giving the food 3-stars because it seems everytime you go, they are out of mashed potatoes, coleslaw, green beans or something. It is frustrating as heck!

Food was good, service was exceptional. Thank you Jalen. She was taking orders on front end and drive thru simultaneously as well as bagging orders for both without missing a beat. She had staff there, but they was as slow as molasses. Customers didn't get upset cause she kept the line moving quickly and efficiently by herself. Please get this lady some competent staff that wants to work. That understands the sense of urgency. That is self motivated. Before a great worker walks out that door from burnout.
