There was one person in line in the drive through. We were asked to pull into the parking lot to wait for our food. She brought us someone else’s order because she gave our food to someone else. She went back in to get our order again and brought us our correct order and the fries and burgers were old and cold. They were too busy laughing and playing to get anything right.

Order was 2 sausage and egg biscuits but the biscuits was not the homemade kind they were out of a can. The biscuits were exactly like McDonald’s which to me is dry and nasty. Try it at your on risk if they change I’ll change this review but if not I stand by it.

Ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and it literally had little to none mushrooms on it ,it was kinda hard to eat and very dry . But they did bring food to table and inside was clean.
After waiting for a while in the drive thru with no one asking for my order I pulled around to place an order at the window figuring maybe the speaker was broke. They gave me this look when I explained what had happened. Some how they managed to take the person behind me order and acted like I was an inconvenience. What is an inconvenience is trying to get "fast" food out of this place. I won't be going back. Someone please open a real fast food restaurant in this town.

Last week I came to this establishment to order some lunch from the drive thru menu. I ordered two chicken wraps with fries. The lady at the window (Raven) was nice and polite although she told me that I had to park at the white line. I literally waited 20 minutes and was not happy due to long waiting. So I got out of my car and went inside and had to wait another 20 minutes in line. While standing in line I noticed fries 🍟 all over the floor behind the registers. No one apparently, not even the management swept up the fries on the floor as if they over looked it and kept working. It seemed like the employees was taking their time and moving extremely slow.
Parking: Waiting at the white line is unacceptable. My food should be ready once I pull up ti the drive thru window. No one should have to wait long periods of time parked at a white line!! This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed by the District Manager!!
