Did the curbside and waited in the parking lot for over 15 minutes. Had to go inside and ask for my food which was not ready. When I did receive my food and made it back to the car my chicken nuggets were only luke warm. Will not go back

My husband bought large fries and a large sweet tea and when he finished his tea there was a big piece of plastic and the bottom of the cup. Definitely not going back to this McDonald's 😕
Low quality store after lunch rush, food came out in 1 minute which at first was awesome till I realized im getting a cold if not lukewarm sandwich, that must of been a mistake from some previous order. seemed like a family get together inside the building with no regard to the customers, 0/10 overall I genuinely hate that this is the only location in bamberg especially considering everyone would wait for hot fresh food flat out disappointing that cannot be delivered again 0/10

No employees to be seen. Took forever to get cold fries and burgers. Burgers were small nasty cuts of cold over cooked meat. I thought McDonald's had standards. Horrible. I don't think I will ever eat McDonald's again anywhere. You will go out of business like this!

WHERE ARE THE EMPLOYEES????? We ordered our food and it took FOREVER to get it. They told us the pies are in the oven so we figured they’d be good to go by the time we leave. Nope, still sat another 20 minutes and left. Keep the pies and the money. People standing at the register for 15 minutes waiting to be helped. Food truck blocked the entire drive thru instead of parking away where there was room…. Just ridiculous

I just want to say yall really need to do better! Every time I come here and go through the drive through there can be no one in the drive thru but me or the store and I will be parked for at least 15 minutes! I order online and and do curb side pick up and I sit there for 30 minutes and then have to go inside to get the food and have to sit there for another 10-15 minutes waiting on the food! The girl at the front is calling out orders for people who are parked and in curbside instead of walking the food out the customers! I was so excited to get a McDonalds here in Bamberg but really to the point of driving the extra mile to go to Denmark cause the service here sucks!

It’s sad that you send a private message to this McDonalds BECAUSE THE PHONE # IS NOT CORRECT ON THE RECEIPTS they read the message and don’t respond, back to the HORRIBLE customer service they have!
