I frequently visit this location and normally it is ok. But tonight while trying to place an order for 6 people the girl at the window was about as rude as I have ever seen in the service industry. By the time I got to the window her attitude had only gotten worse to the point I pulled off and took my business to Denmark. Absolutely uncalled for to be that rude in any regards.

McDonalds is McDonalds. They have the best French fries. Their grease seems to be kept up and cleaned better then the French resturant on the corner. Unfortunately, the economy has shrank many of the Sandwiches and the prices have doubled. More money, less food. I ordered.a regular chicken sandwich when I pulled it out of the bag I was shocked, it was the size of a breakfast biscuit.

Food is like standard McDonald's when and if they ever get your order right (maybe 1 out of 5 times N/J). Not many employees are helpful if there a issue and to speak to a manger is next to impossible. I've asked on several trips and after 30 minutes of being ignored or forgotten about I left with issue unresolved. If your in Bamberg and want McDonald's I suggest the 10 minutes drive to the one in Denmark they are 5 stars across the board .

We live ONE town from this location, I put my order in at 8:15am . When I arrived at bamberg, I bought some groceries for the wife at the piggly wiggly. We then walked to the family dollar and purchased a coffee maker. After, we proceeded ro rhe mcdonalds in bamberg. I gave them my online number at 8:50 am. Food wasn't nowhere near being ready. I went inside and inquired, NO answer, I asked for a refund, no answer. I had to be ro work so I never got my order. THEY IGNORED ME!!!!! I left with no food or any customer service experience. If that was the customer service experience that location needs retraining.

First time, shame on you. Second time, shame on me. My second visit was dismal. Staff arguing among themselves. Customers orders were screwed up. I was given $50 worth of food. I only ordered one Mcdouble. Had to return the bag and got attitude from staff. Corporate should take notice.
As this new restaurant comes online please be patient with the staff. They're gaining experience and confidence as each day goes by.

Did the curbside and waited in the parking lot for over 15 minutes. Had to go inside and ask for my food which was not ready. When I did receive my food and made it back to the car my chicken nuggets were only luke warm. Will not go back
