We stood there forever waiting for someone to acknowledge us and finally I went to the counter and I said are you gonna take our order and they said no because they were working on online orders for people that weren’t even in the store another guy had been standing there for an hour waiting for a salad

Ordered a BLT with extra bacon (that I paid for). Did not get hardly any bacon. Now I know why I prefer Jersey Mikes!

Whenever I'm in the Bamberg area I will drive all the way to Denmark to the subway because the one in Bamberg never gets the online order correct and when I go in store they're all busy talking to their friends instead of giving good customer service while the customers are standing in long lines waiting to place their orders. Needs new management/employees and needs to take their jobs more seriously and work with a sense of urgency. The only reason I went to bamberg subway today was because Denmark subway was closed, they need to allow Denmark subway employees train them smh. Poor service needs to be addressed asap.

I tried the wrap as I am in love with Lavash bread but sometimes you only buy into the bread. The wrap was a little dry. I’ll ask for extra mayonnaise next time.

Got there to get a sandwich for me and my family and it was a lady working and she didn’t talk to us for about 10minutes when she finally talk, in not a good way, was to say I’m busy and is going to take 5 minutes and we only have white bread, We wait for another 20 minutes with another lady working there and had to leave, they don’t even talk to us and it was no other customer there, only us, what type of business disrespect customers like that? I think they don’t like Spanish people, I’ll never comeback to this place
