Most recent visit was in the Summer of 2023. Flies were flying around the containers that held the vegetables. The employees kept swatting at them. Was it their mission to try and kill the flies and have the nasty germ infested creatures land on an item being made? I also don't like the person preparing my sandwich to be in-gagging in excessive talking, laughing and chewing gum. These are other sources of spreading germs. Most sandwich makers have stopped wearing their mask now. What a pity!

Very bad attitudes! App wouldn't let me order footlong subs(had BOGO coupon). Called several times to the location to see if there was a way to do it or if it could be used in the restaurant. After I finally got somebody to answer she told me she didn't know and sometimes the app acts up. I asked if the coupon code could be used inside and she said they were very busy and "don't have time for this" and hung up on me. Needless to say we ate somewhere else.

The bread was stale otherwise the food was decent. The service was kinda slow and the people weren't rude but weren't nice either. The food station wasn't exactly the cleanest looking either. They also tried to charge an extra four dollars to my card so as I said about the North Rd Orangeburg, SC location I would not recommend using a card there only cash. We visited this location Jan. 19,2024

The food Is good, Staff is Friendly aswell but they made me Pay 6 Dollars Extra to add Turkey onto a Turkey sandwich, The receipt said It was a turkey sandwich but It didn't have

I've been going here for lunch every now and then when I'm out that way for work, and we would have to leave for lunch a half hr earlier just to get a sub because they are so slow. They don't speed up when they see that the line is getting long either. Literally takes these women 15 mins to make one sub. Doesn't matter what kind it is.

Got there to get a sandwich for me and my family and it was a lady working and she didn’t talk to us for about 10minutes when she finally talk, in not a good way, was to say I’m busy and is going to take 5 minutes and we only have white bread, We wait for another 20 minutes with another lady working there and had to leave, they don’t even talk to us and it was no other customer there, only us, what type of business disrespect customers like that? I think they don’t like Spanish people, I’ll never comeback to this place

Stood in line for ten minutes and the lady's decided to take the person order behind me. Pretty disrespectful to paying cutters if you ask me considering they made wye contact and still ignored me.
Waited 10 mins to give my order. Young lady (TorrAnn)saw me standing and waiting did not speak/say give me a few minutes/ be right with you.

The staff here listens to my specific directions on how I like my sandwich. Whether I order online or in the store my sandwich is made correctly. Although this sounds trivial, all Subway stores do not do this. For instance, I don't like my sandwiches saggy or wet. This has been the only store to get my sandwich orders correct.
