Every time my family and I have been there in the last three years there is either something missing or something wrong. Tonight I went there for an order of there three gravies and I was told they don’t sell those anymore as it is still advertised. Their crew is lazy, they have false advertisement, and they don’t care about their customers at any means. My family loved/loves KFC until we moved to Barnwell. They have made us to where KFC is off of the dinner menu and when we do still go there we’re still never pleased. I’ve worked KFC and has worked with the public for over 25 years and I would do the best I could to make every customer happy and this place seems to make every customer disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend going to this KFC by any means.

On July 5, 2025 I ordered a Famous Bowl and chicken sandwich from KFC - Barnwell. The guy at the drive thru window was very pleasant with a nice smile that would brighten your day/night. He was very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately I did not get his name but props to this guy for his amazing customer service at the drive thru window. His genuine smile made me smile!! The food was delicious by the way!! Go KFC - Barnwell!!!

This place is my favorite from all the KFC locations, food is always fresh and warm. All employees are hospitable and the Manager is amazing. Restaurant is always clean which is a big deal for me. I'm not a KFC fan but I will definitely make a exception for this spot. ☺️
