Frequent this location since moving here, consistently have terrible experiences. Tonight we paid for a foot long and a six inch, got two six inches, sandwiches made incorrectly and were not toasted as requested. I understand mistakes happen but this is a consistent issue with them. It wasn't even busy. No excuses. I hope they can either slow down when working or take more time to read their tickets.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to, the workers have no soul or braincells for that matter. Can’t even make a simple wrap, got flat bread instead. Will never be going back after this.

Me and a friend of mine ordered 4 sub sandwiches all together. One employee has to leave due to a family emergency. The employees was so overwhelmed that two customers cut in line in front of us and got their sandwiches and checked out. Then the lady comes back and immediately starts fixing the rest of our sandwiches. The young cashier looked like she had no clue what she was doing except taking orders and doing her best making the sandwiches. It was unfair and unprofessional to let other customers jump ahead of us while we were standing in line trying to place our orders..The manager was very unprofessional and appeared overwhelmed too.

What kind of a meatball sub is this? I guess I gotta imagine the sauce into my sub? My husband’s order is messed up too and just as sorry looking- got a simple meatball sub instead of the boss with added ingredients we paid for. And since DoorDash is having issues, cant ask for a refund. Half the time they dont have ingredients for 70% of the subs so cant order anything we wanna and oftentimes the subs are looking like this or they use old soggy veggies. Gonna end up like Burger King- closed. Going downhill..

I ordered online big mistake seems like the employees need a babysitter because our orders were messed up I got a steak sub that's missing bell peppers jalapeno and there was a lack of veggies when I know I hit the more button she was missing advacato and that was an extra charge mine was supposed to be toasted but it was obvious that it wasn't
