Honestly have no words…. Worst experience I’ve ever had none of the staff knew anything that was going on at all. We waited 25 minutes after ordering for food just for them to put drive through priority before anyone in the lobby then when staff asked what we were waiting for no one knew what they were doing I will never be back to this location the staff was rude and didn’t even care about how long we waited

Food horrible, service even worse. Wanted tea refill but got ignored. Chashier was loud and obnoxious during entire meal from the kitchen area. Wouldn’t go back for free food.

Horrible seasoned fries tasted like they re dropped the fries in grease most of them were very hard and the women at the window was very rude they will never get my business anymore unless you it’s more adults than kids working there at this point it’s ridiculous

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece family meal. I paid $41.41. When I got home I realized there was only 9 pieces of chicken.

Every time I go to this bojangles, I have to wait at least 15 minutes to get my food. The employees are rude. I only ordered a Cajun filet biscuit this morning and had to wait 20 min to get it.

Ordered a very simple meal, was asked to pull forward by the door. Sat and waited as several other customers were served and left. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting I walk inside and was handed my order. Get to the car to check it and I’m missing Mac and cheese. They told me I would have to wait or I could pick something else. Took 30+ minutes and still got it wrong
