Dining area was very clean. Customer service was above average. I got the nine piece bow bite and they were fairly fresh and juicy. I wanted a side of coleslaw and was surprised that it was three dollars for such a small portion. They have Pepsi products which I like.

Receive two raw biscuits at the drive thru. I went in to exchange them and was treated like an imposition. No apology, thank you, or anything. Then, after leaving, I stayed eating the replacement biscuit only to find it was raw as well. 3rd trip to a Bojangles and 3rd trip being served raw biscuits.

Honestly have no words…. Worst experience I’ve ever had none of the staff knew anything that was going on at all. We waited 25 minutes after ordering for food just for them to put drive through priority before anyone in the lobby then when staff asked what we were waiting for no one knew what they were doing I will never be back to this location the staff was rude and didn’t even care about how long we waited

Horrible seasoned fries tasted like they re dropped the fries in grease most of them were very hard and the women at the window was very rude they will never get my business anymore unless you it’s more adults than kids working there at this point it’s ridiculous
