This only applies to the evening crews and corporate. The breakfast crews somehow operate completely differently. They should really look into why & have the breakfast people try to fix the whole place. But as for my experience as a whole, this is literally the worst Hardee's in existence. & since most of them are awful now, that's saying something. This location is the closest to our home, but it is still 45 minutes away. We used to go out of our way for it, but now we avoid it, for many reasons. The service is horrible. The food is even worse. And don't expect any resolution from corporate because their phone number doesn't work & they don't respond to emails. This location couldn't find my order of over $40 in the system. They got me to wait over 30 minutes & it never showed up, but couldn't be cancelled since we waited. What was the solution? They told me to call corporate. When I told them that it doesn't work, give me a good number, they said they don't have one. & refused to refund my money. This was a few years ago now & I'm still out that money with no response. They already messed up almost every order we ever tried to get and God forbid you try to order hot dogs after 6 pm. 99% of the time, they'll tell you they're out until they find out it's a mobile order, which they'll be busted on if they don't fulfill. So then they'll try to convince you it takes too long to thaw them. I do not know why they are so opposed to cooking the hot dogs. But the other night I felt like eating for the first time in weeks after being really sick. I was craving hot dogs so we decided maybe they have gotten better and tried them again. Horrible idea. I ordered through the app and there was no one in line when we arrived. They had us pull up and park even though no other cars were in line or in the parking lot. They literally had no other customers at the time. After 45 minutes of waiting, and during which they only served 2 other vehicles, they finally brought our food out. The hot dogs were burnt beyond belief. They crumbled into dust when bitten. Hard as rocks. When I said I just needed a refund, the one sweet employee there said Can I get them to remake them for you and I reluctantly agreed. 25 minutes later they brought out my food. My fries had to be eaten first while they fixed my hot dogs which is not how I like to eat them. But it was a total of 80 minutes, from the time I ordered my hot dogs for immediate pickup, before I received edible food. At a fast food restaurant. That only served 2 other customers in that time period. Oh, and all of this is only on the times they didn't choose to up and close early just because they wanted to. You never know when they're going to be open.
Best management team I have seen on fast food in years. GM was assisting staff to ensure quick service. Enjoyed our visit!
You just can't beat breakfast at Hardee's..
The blueberry biscuits are worth driving out of your way. Fluffy sweet blueberry biscuits!!
The most pleasant people at this location. Nice to each other, great with guests. A very good place for breakfast. I'll be back.
Fries were a little overdone. Whoever made the tea was wonderful overall everything was pleasant. The manager that took my order was awesome thank you. Have a blessed day.
Food cold, forgot my drink, my double cheeseburger only one patty. Had to go inside.
The food I received was not up to the quality I am used to getting from Hardee’s, and I was quite disappointed today. My hash rounds and grits were undercooked. I asked for cheese in my grits but only received half a slice. When I went to drink my Hi-C to wash down the terrible food, I realized I didn’t have a straw. I ended up removing the lid, and my Hi-C tasted like water. How could they mess up a simple drink?
The restaurant is clean and kept up with. The staff is very rude and cannot greet a person correctly. It was not busy and thought it would be quicker but it still took as long as if they were busy. Everyone was just standing around.

I stop at Hardee's every morning between 515 and 530 on my way to work. Ever since the power has come back on from the storm 10 days ago I stopped 4 out of 5 days last week and this morning and they are not opening on time. This morning the guy who came to the window to tell me they weren't open had attitude. I told him I could just start stopping somewhere else. He said oh well you ain't but 1 person and I drove off. So starting today I took the breakfast order for my entire office and will be picking it up from the waffle house tomorrow. Now 1 person is 17 persons and I'll continue to take office orders each afternoon to pick up the next morning from the waffle house.

This has to be the dirtiest fast food restaurant in the nation. The floors are so greasy you risk slipping. Too bad the Hardee's name is is on this one. Very disorganized. My Frisco breakfast sandwich was fridge cold. Thankfully we won't be back here. In search of a better Hardee's in our travels.

The soda is crispy and cold, the chicken is mostly Chewy and fat (like the fat in a steak is chewy) I ordered 2 meals, a apple turnover and a 5 peice chicken tender. I waiting 20 minutes and they forgot my apple turnover, I pulled around to the front window to tell them then had to wait another 15 minutes just for that. They forgot my ranch and they were very rude at the order line asking question after question not giving me time to answer, the food is normally good but the last few times I have had to wait over 20 minutes and the food turns out cold, I genuinely thought they forgot about us.

I arrived at the drive through and asked if they were still selling the blueberry biscuit (it was around 2:30). The gentleman taking my order kindly responded “no ma’am,” but I heard another employee say “hell nah” in the background. That was quite rude and distasteful. I will not be patronizing this location anytime soon.
