Don't eat here. The chicken is burnt and the large sides are half full at best. Takes 20+ minutes to get a simple order and they screw it up. And the staff and managers fight in public view of the customers. I will not return to this one.

Ordered on my mobile app at 510pm and it was suppose to be done at 630pm I got there and they told me it was going to be ten more mins it is now 643pm and still not done I would have told them to cancel the order but you know it will take 5to 7 days to get your money back I paid 59.08 for my order

This place deserves nothing but to have the doors locked and closed permanently, food was disgusting and the biscuits were as hard as a rock, chicken was burnt worse kfc I have ever seen

Ordered two pot pies YES the crust was done (as the smart mouth manger pointed out) but the vegetables and chicken weren’t cooked throughly NICELY went back up there with the pot pies NOT for a refund or conflict just wanted to get something else first the lady up front is trying to tell me how long they cooked as if I was lying about them not being cooked then as I’m trying to explain how they taste she cuts me off to call the manager who also tried to say how long they cooked and how many other pot pies went out with no problem (which has NOTHING to do with mines) I don’t do conflict so I was just going to leave but then was RUDELY asked what I wanted in return I told her she yelled it to the cook and walked off! Very poor management and staff in BATESBURG

Waited a hour for our app order. Store was disgusting. Tables with food on them. Drink station trashed and covered in sticky liquids. Staff sitting on phones and leaning on counter doing nothing. Was lied to that our order wasn't ready because of fries that took 20 minutes to cook. We were missing over $10 worth of extras we ordered. The food was clearly not fresh. Fries were cold and mushy, potatoes were instant and not mixed, biscuits were hard cold and stale. This is the third chance we have given this location. We will not being going back and we will be sure to share our experience with others.

This establishment should be torn down. Staff is rude. Food is mediocre at best. And you will probably get home and notice that forgot half of your food.

This place is a joke I ordered two chicken wrapsits been 20 Minutes sitting in front of store the man at window was very nice.I am still sitting here 25 minutes later .Could we please do better ? ?
