Terrible cold food. Gravy was not closed all of the way… resulted in it leaking & falling through bag all over the floor. Mac & cheese half full, fries hard, and received the smallest pieces of chicken possible. Absolutely do not recommend and will NOT return.

Order not ready on time, order missing items , biscuits were rock hard, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes had a sweet taste to them, and chicken was very dark on the outside but 2 pieces were pink on inside, definitely will not eat there again

came here with my boyfriend for dinner. i ordered a four piece combo and he got the chicken sandwich with nuggets combo. our food came out within minutes of ordering so we were already sort of suspicious. his order didn’t come with any nuggets and the chicken tenders in my order were quite literally the size of my thumb, save for one normal looking tender. all of our food was cold when we got it and you could tell it was sitting under a heat lamp for a while. i don’t often eat kfc but after this experience i will not be returning.

The young man at the register apparently hates his job, helped miserable and was not pleasant at all. He’s actually could almost be called rude! Our order didn’t take that long but was not right. It came out in bags do after pulling it out ….no utensils and missing items. My husband went back to the register . The guy stated u only paid for one slaw (that we didn’t get). My husband said then please ring up another slaw but we did order it. This young man is not suitable for customer service ( he may have been a shift mgr, different shirt than others). No name tag ! The food however was good. This is our second visit there and probably last.

The lady yelled at my family and the cashier was supper lazy for everything even to talk environment was supper dirty the tables where not wiped down and there was also dead bugs in the lamps

30 mins for chicken. After sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins went inside an a 30 min wait for chicken. Is this not a chicken store??? Just shameful

Disappointed with Service and Missing Items After a Large Order. However the food was good! Maybe not worth the frustration!!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We placed an order for two 16-piece family boxes for a large gathering after a funeral — including four grown boys, parents, and grandparents. We ordered around 4 PM, which is typically a quiet time, and the app estimated the food would be ready in 10 minutes. We waited at least 30 minutes before heading out, knowing it was a large order,

When we arrived, nothing was prepared. We were told there were delays due to it being busy and a fryer being down, but it didn’t appear busy at all - only one other customer was waiting. We ended up waiting almost an hour.

The manager did offer to include extra chicken as an apology, which we appreciated, but when a staff member asked if we’d accept extra crispy and I politely declined (as the family members don’t like it), she responded with visible frustration and said, “Well, we are doing our best here!” I had already paid online and was trying to remain patient, but the tone and attitude were unhelpful.

When we finally received the food and brought it to our family, we discovered that 16 biscuits, one coleslaw, and one mac and cheese were missing. After such a long wait and under the circumstances, this was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve communication, accuracy, and customer service for future orders, especially large ones placed in advance.

I’ve stopped here a few times in the drive thru just to get some fries (which are outrageously expensive btw over $6 for a large???) and the employees always act like they’re miserable, it’s pretty depressing. My most recent (and my final) order from here was an UberEats delivery. The lady picking up got there about 20 minutes after I ordered and waited there another 15 before messaging me that they didn’t have extra crispy, and when I didn’t want original all of a sudden they had it. My food was all wrong: some were extra crispy and some were original, I got the wrong pieces in one box, I did not get any fries or dipping sauces in the Fan Favorites Box, I was missing a drink.

Waited 10min in drive through to place order.
Then was asked to wait out front while they apparently cooked all the chicken from scratch.
In total for this visit i was waiting almost 40min. And they still forgot a tea.
