It took them 40 minutes for two pizzas and there were six people after me who got there order before me

Horrible service who placed an order they said they needed 15 minutes we came back 20 minutes later they said they needed another 15 minutes as they hadn't started the food yet we gave him another 20 minutes came back they said they had no idea how much longer it would be the manager said she didn't even know what was going on or when did even be able to start the order and then give us a hard time about giving us a refund saying that they couldn't do that... Play some dirty stuff was not friendly the place used to be great and New Management has ran it to the ground

Every time I come I make sure I have plenty of time. Because it’s not Hot N Ready.

We were affected by a hurricane, so I understand that a lot of restaurants are down so when I saw that little Caesars was open, I quickly got off of my car and just went inside and I was told by the lady at the front desk that they were only taking cash so I kindly said oh OK thank you because that’s completely understandable but as I was walking out, I saw the employee Come out Look at me read the door and make a sarcastic hand sign. I didn’t see the sign and I had no problem with the fact that it was only cash at the moment because I understand why, but to be sarcastic and to walk out that way only because I didn’t see a sign is completely unnecessary and unprofessional to me because why wait until I’m outside already in my car after leaving kindly and why act as such a manner when you are currently on your shift. Very unprofessional and disgusting.

Arrived at 830 and waited in the waiting area 20+ mins for my order to be taken. When someone finally came to take the order I was told they were closed for the night and busy so they was sorry they didn't get around to taking the order . This particular location consistently does not have hot and ready pizza. Needs new management badly .

Let me start by saying the girls upfront were helpful and kind! It was the manager that was rude and unprofessional. We only wanted a refund for a pizza that we didn't get. He yelled at us and everyone who was waiting in the lobby to see him he was busy.

The absolute worst customer service ever! The manager on duty tonight refused to acknowledge us or the fact that our order was completely wrong. We were told to take what they had because that's what they had. The poor cashiers were trying their best to fix the situation while the manager yelled from the back that we'd have to wait until he was ready to refund the order for the pizza and that his manager would be there Tuesday if we wanted to talk to someone about it. We ended up leaving one pizza short, no refund because of his refusal, and the pizza we did get was burnt and cold. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

The Italian cheese sticks were hard, over cooked and salty tasting.

I understand that you get busy sometimes. But when you're not and it still takes 45 minutes to get a 5 dollar pizza because that's all your cooking??? Since when can you not get other toppings on a pizza? I was told they were only cooking pepperoni pizzas at 8:30pm. Service really sucked!

I was there last weekend. The best pizza I had in a while that I went back for another. Whenever I'm back in Batesburg I'll be going to Little Caesars.
