I understand that you get busy sometimes. But when you're not and it still takes 45 minutes to get a 5 dollar pizza because that's all your cooking??? Since when can you not get other toppings on a pizza? I was told they were only cooking pepperoni pizzas at 8:30pm. Service really sucked!

I placed an order online for delivery which I never received. I called customer support and was told that my order was delivered to the wrong house & I should go door to door and ask my neighbors if they had it. I asked of the driver can come back to show me where she delivered it since I called as soon as I received a text saying it was delivered. She told me no. I advised that I have a small baby and 3 other toddler aged kids at home so I could not go walking up & down my dirt road looking for my order. She said that my only option was a refund that would take 10 business days. It's been almost a month and no refund. I called today and they had no explanation why I didn't receive my refund. They said they are going to send another email and to wait another 7 business days before checking again. It was only around $30 loss but I'm a single mother of 4, I dont have money to just give away. Especially behind a person not doing the job they were hired to do. My address is clearly marked on my front door. They just dropped my order off wherever they felt

I ask for pretzel crust but instead I get normal salt crust. Also terrible customer service.
Clean, fast, and decent pizza. Occasionally the pizza isn't quite the best, but never bad. Never an issue, never more than 10 minutes. The workers are all great.The only reason not to quite hit five stars is simply the general lack of availability of hot and ready pizzas. While not really a big deal (I generally account for it needing to be cooked anyway); when you are incredibly hungry and can get literal instant gratification for $7, only to find out you have to wait for it to cook, defeats the purpose of "hot and ready." Only complaint. But I get it, so again not a big deal.Parking: Shared lot with other stores, enough space, more than needed for general business flow.

We may had to wait 10 min on two pepperoni pizzas, but that’s cause it’s Saturday night and it gets veryyy busy because they always make their pizza RIGHT!! No complaints about the time wait at all everybody was working very efficiently to get everybody’s orders out to them, I see it as more of a compliment with this restaurant because they always make pizzas so good they sell out!!! Plus there’s a pin ball machine to keep you occupied which is great.
