This location really needs to update their hours for the weekend. They were closed tonight by 10pm and location says 11pm but yet the mobile app took my money now I have to fight for a refund. This happens on many occasions and there was a line at the dive thru like everything was normal. Everyone started pulling around to the window thinking maybe the speaker was broken. Employee kept walking by with our telling customers anything! Batesburg is famous for this. Last time I purchased here. Which the franchise doesn't care I'm a small frienbut it is very annoying to customers when this a frequent accurance.

Food was cold. Put oder to bring to table but instead name was yelled out. Qualify and service has always been sub par. But sometimes it's all we can afford when out I know times are tough and help is hard to find. But a cold burger and fries are not acceptable.

My family and I came inside this establishment to eat breakfast that my father in law was paying for. We have legitimately been sitting for over 32 minutes just to receive our food. I have seen several cars drive by through the drive through being served, but I cannot receive service inside after the food has already been paid for? My father in law legit ran out of time and had to leave before we even received food. He paid for food he didnât even get to eat! Not only that, but it is so freezing inside this building that my family is shivering while wearing jackets and winder clothing! Is the management cutting the heat off to cut on their power costs? That isnât good for customers who come through your doors. I should not have to sit here watching cars in the drive through get served faster than my family who stopped to actually step inside the restaurant. We ordered at 9:50 am and did not even receive our cups for drinks until 10:28am that we are to pour ourselves. We finally received our food (in to go bags instead of on a tray when we specifically said we were eating in the store) at 10:30. I have never in my life had to wait this long just for cups or food at a McDonaldâs. Iâm normally not one to complain, because Iâve worked in the service industry for several years. But it has just been one thing after another. We finally receive the food and decide to leave with the bags and get back to discover that they didnât even put the egg on my father in laws egg biscuit! That he paid for and didnât even get to take with him because the wait was too long and he had to go to work! This is absolutely unacceptable!

They didn't get my order right, not a big deal. Got it corrected checked it ordered two servings of nuggets no sauce and had to argue with them that it was not in the bag. 25 sent condiments and they wanted to argue about concerning a $40 order.

In my opinion, these workers have the worst attitude known to man. Today, November 7, 2024, 2:46, this Women literally said âMedium or large?â In the most ugliest way ever. All I ask for is that the owner of McDonalds to hire people who actually want the job to work.
