Ordered personal pan pizzas and they were cooked in a disposable pan not the pizza pans they are normally cooked in. So my crust did not have the crispy edges that it usually does. Disappointed

Older Pizza Hut but at least its one you can dine inside. I'm oldschool and still like eating out. Pizza is Pizza Hut Pizza .. its always good. No, its not fancy brick over pizza but its good. Staff has changed multiple time over the past 2 years that we have been going here, but they prepare the food and check on you as needed.

The pizza was cold and not properly cooked. I had to bring it back up and tell the it was cold. She brought it back, and it was hotter but still not cooked all the way. I brought it home to have the next day. All the silverware was dirty, and my wife had to clean it in the sink. We won't go back here.

I first drove to the drive thur and was told that I could not place an order at the window, come inside or call. So when I asked for the phone number the lady closed the door in my face! I called and before I could finish my phone order the lady hung up the phone on me… very bad customer service!!!!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Lobby closed and shut down 2 hours before closing. Unacceptable
They gave my food to another customer I was at drive thru looking at customer take back in restaurant because wasn't his the employees took the food back then came to window and told me oh here is your food! I told them I didn't want it. I was asked what did I want them to do. I called the manager Jason to the window to complain he told me I saw it he didn't and who was I? Jason was very rude to be a manager. So my take on this restaurant is they are nasty to wanna give me food that left the building with another customer and tried to give to another what other nasty things are they doing.

How do you mess up a cheese pizza!! Anyway I ordered 4 pizzas and a melt and they all were messed up. The only thing that was right was the bread sticks .

When you order online and get notified that your pizza is ready but get lip and attitude about why you don’t have a pizza. Absolutely not again! Rude and uncalled for employees!
