I first drove to the drive thur and was told that I could not place an order at the window, come inside or call. So when I asked for the phone number the lady closed the door in my face! I called and before I could finish my phone order the lady hung up the phone on me… very bad customer service!!!!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

They gave my food to another customer I was at drive thru looking at customer take back in restaurant because wasn't his the employees took the food back then came to window and told me oh here is your food! I told them I didn't want it. I was asked what did I want them to do. I called the manager Jason to the window to complain he told me I saw it he didn't and who was I? Jason was very rude to be a manager. So my take on this restaurant is they are nasty to wanna give me food that left the building with another customer and tried to give to another what other nasty things are they doing.

How do you mess up a cheese pizza!! Anyway I ordered 4 pizzas and a melt and they all were messed up. The only thing that was right was the bread sticks .

When you order online and get notified that your pizza is ready but get lip and attitude about why you don’t have a pizza. Absolutely not again! Rude and uncalled for employees!

Foods is good ,the order was right , and their fairly polite
Place needs an extensive cleaning! Dirty table, asked the girl 3 times to clean our table, but ended up wiping it off with a paper towel from the bathroom. Way too many workers standing around, girl sitting on the counter, girl and guy holding hands behind the counter, no fresh lemon for my water and the most important part, the food was very disappointing. $$38 I spent might as well roll down my window and toss it out. If I was management I would shove everybody out the door bring in a cleaning crew, then fire everyone!
Ordered the pan pizza with bacon, and I'm extremely unhappy. Domino's turned me on to the "Pan" pizza a long long time ago, but sadly "pan style crust" isn't universal. My advice to Pizza Hut would be to invest in some deeper pans, stop being so stingy on the toppings, and cut the freaking cheese sticks into sticks for God's sake.

Refused to honor coupon that says it was valid for that store and refused to give out corporate number so I could get it resolved. The big boss Darrell was in the store at the time and also refused to help resolve or give out corporate number. I have been dealing with this for almost 3 hours and no resolution. This is not the 1st time I've had issues with this store. Management is a joke and needs to be replaced with knowledgeable management that wants to provide great customer service.

Haven't been here in years....... We were willing to give it a try. We were told to have a seat and someone would be with us shortly???? This never happened, but an employee did walk by several times never acknowledging we were there.... (clearing another table/that could have waited) Since no other customers were looking for a table (in the stuffed to capacity establishment/one other table with three friends of the employees) Pizza Hut Corporation needs to send the bulldozer........START OVER WITH COMPLETE NEW STAFF #PizzaHut needs to require a new or more modern facility!! Hasn't changed since it was built decades ago... Review doesn't go low enough!
