I placed an order for food about an hour ago so when I called asking where my food was considering I’m less than 5 minutes away, they tell me they have no order and that apparently there’s nothing they can do cause they close in “ 4 minutes “ when I placed my order and was charged 41 dollars an hour ago. Get ur crap together

I understand that working at sonic is not an easy job. However being polite isn’t that hard. There is no reason to park cars in the drive thru just so the person behind you can pay and be parked as well. If you you can not make food fast enough what’s the point in parking everyone. Being rude to your customers isn’t good business. Where are the days when you got service with a smile.

Terrible food when I asked for a replacement they tried charging me 16 dollars this place is obviously ran by immature high school students who couldn't care less about their job
Oh and sweet tea was sour and slushy machine is broke apparently from what I'm told they don't know when it will be fixed terribly disappointing ?

I’m beyond annoyed that the franchise owner is aware of the app’s geo fence issue for more than a month and has done nothing to fix it, so using the app to order ahead is pointless because you still have to either call the store or explain to employees over the intercom that the geo fence in the app still hasn’t been resolved. I called corporate and explained it to them and they said only the franchise owner can fix it. I’m not coming back to this location because why support a lazy franchisee? I worked at Sonic for years in my teens and twenties and Bob would have never allowed this to happen. Beyond that, this location especially is ALWAYS out of the basics, and the more popular items too. The location makes things hard enough on themselves, and the app is supposed to make things easier, not harder. If you want Sonic that badly, just go to one of Bob’s stores in Lexington. It’s honestly not worth the headache and I can’t stand lazy franchisees.
