Guess they were down a person, not really sure. Went there around 8ish to get some food for family simple stuff chicken nuggets and a burger. It took nearly 50 minutes ordered from the app. Got there and checked in and the wait began. After about 40 minutes decided to go into the place to inquire about the wait. Was kinda blown off by the front end worker who just said we got alot of orders at once then walked away. Which yes there was a line at the drive though built up since I was there and only few cars in the stalls that were there before me. So when she came back around to the front I politely asked if my order was put in and how much longer she didn't really seem to care and looked at the board and said any minute now. Told her ok thank you then about 5 minutes later she hads me my order that was missing the chicken sandwich and drinks. When I told her this she rolled her eyes, as though she was irritated with me for wanting what I paid for. Went back grabbed the sandwich from what looked like another order and made the drinks. ( i should mention the drinks where also wrong but my patience was thin at this point ). I get people have bad days and things happen, but atleast pretend to care.

We placed an order from stall #2. It was a straightforward order consisting of two number one combos, one without onions and the other without pickles, accompanied by tater tots and fries. We also requested cheesesticks and the new toffee bites. After patiently waiting for 30 minutes, my husband went inside to inquire about our food, only to be informed that they had no record of an order for stall #2. Consequently, we departed without receiving our food or any apology for the apparent error.

It's always nice here. I very rarely get someone that doesn't enjoy their job.
I stop by at least once a week, for a pretzel, Dr pepper and a bag of ice. The pretzels are always hot, crisp and delicious. 🥰

Empty inside. Tables were not wiped down before we got there and stayed dirty the entire time.

Tall young guy with long hair was busy drinking/eating ice out of his open cup behind the order counter, near the serving line. He seemed not attentive or straight up ignoring/avoiding customer interactions for whatever reason. Also his hair was not tied back well or pulled up.

Food wasn't bad. So the cook line was doing a good job. The up front could use some training on dhec and hygiene for starters.

I want to know why there is no strawberry chunks in my strawberry slushie. Honestly, that was the best part. Forget the flavor, the real strawberries brought the slush all together. If this doesn’t change, i’ll have to find somewhere else to get my slushies.

Customer service is okay the lady at the window was really rude when I asked for my receipt I don't understand why she was so rude about it it's my receipt anyways the food is all right but the wait is too long for fast food. They're also was another young girl working at the drive-thru her name was Kayla and she did a great job for customer service very polite.

The drive-thru was really long so I went to one of the drive-up stalls. I ordered my food and it came out very quickly. When I gave my cash to the server, I also gave him a tip. He was shocked and surprised that I gave him extra. Have we stopped tipping people that actually do additional work?. He is a car hop. He does go out into the parking lot, we have always tipped the people that have to walk between cars. I'm not sure what's going on. Great service. My food was very good too.

Came in side to order a lunch and waited and did not get any service so I went out front and hit the button and no answer. Went back in and waited some more no service. I seen 5 young teenager and no one give us the time to service us. Where was the manager?
