I’m beyond annoyed that the franchise owner is aware of the app’s geo fence issue for more than a month and has done nothing to fix it, so using the app to order ahead is pointless because you still have to either call the store or explain to employees over the intercom that the geo fence in the app still hasn’t been resolved. I called corporate and explained it to them and they said only the franchise owner can fix it. I’m not coming back to this location because why support a lazy franchisee? I worked at Sonic for years in my teens and twenties and Bob would have never allowed this to happen. Beyond that, this location especially is ALWAYS out of the basics, and the more popular items too. The location makes things hard enough on themselves, and the app is supposed to make things easier, not harder. If you want Sonic that badly, just go to one of Bob’s stores in Lexington. It’s honestly not worth the headache and I can’t stand lazy franchisees.

The food was inedible. We did pick up and it was simply horrible. 7.79 for popcorn chicken that was old & overcooked. The corn dogs were rubber. We threw it all out.

Sarcastic and rude employees today for some reason. I come here quite often and usually never have an issue. But today i asked verbatim for a #1, they asked fries or tots and i said fries. so when i got my food i asked if it's all there and the server said yes. I look in my bag and im missing fries. Aggravating, but no biggie. I go in and i was told i didn't get fries because i didn't ask for them. Call my crazy but when you say you want a number 1 and answer the question of fries or tots that means you want the entire meal right? Well apparently i was in the wrong for not specifically saying " i want a #1, the entire combo" So I hear the cook in the back all pissy saying "well he's gonna have to wait on fries". Got my blood pressure up for sure, but i go back to my car and when the fries are finally brought out, the server is pissy as well and sarcastically responded to my displeasure. Bunch of punk teenagers working here

The food we ordered was cold. If I had not been in a hurry to help a friend, I would have gone inside and asked them to remake it. My coney was 2 hot dogs on a 6-inch bun. Guess they were out of 6 inch weenies? I've only been to this location a few times when it first opened, and I lived in Batesburg. So, I am open to trying it again and hope it's better next time. It's too expensive to pay for cold food.

I'll put it like this....Sonic use to be a lot better but they overcharging. I went there because Wendy's was backed up and their speaker box was broke so I got tired of waiting. I wanted to get my kid a kids meal and Sonic charged me over $6 for a cheeseburger, tator tots, a toy, and a small drink kids meal. Two weeks before I stopped by and got my seldlf a footlong coney meal and they charged me over $13 for one combo. I myself think the only thing keeping them afloat is slushies and milkshakes. Their food is not good enough for me to keep overpaying.Kid-friendliness: My kid loves slushies and milkshakes and I've never had issues taking my daughter there.
