Friendly staff, but WAY UNDERSTAFFED!!!! We waited about in all 25-30 minutes and drive thru and mobile orders were more of a priority than customers inside who have already been waiting! If they got more staff would be better!

The glass infront of the food had clearly not been cleaned in days. It was so dirty you couldn’t even see the toppings. Lady also does not know how to make a sandwich very very skimpy and unbalanced. Cookies were half raw ive never before had bad subway cookies. Awful and

Nasty place didn't have any fresh lettuce it was brownish no pickles had to beg for more mayo. No napkins had to get some out of the men's bathroom no cup lids the tables were nasty had to clean them ourselves.

If I could give zero stars I would. Store is advertised as closing at 10:00 PM and accepting online orders up until 9:30 PM. I had my order in at 9:20 and received a call 5 mimutes later stating that everything had been put up already and asking if I would like a refund. Upon stating that I would like my food not a refund and asking what the issue was since it was only 9:25, the lady said she was issuing a refund and hanging up the phone because I was "rude". After arriving at the subway at 9:35, while the open sign was still on and flashing, the door was locked, all the chairs were put on the tables, and the lady from the phone call was sweeping. After refusing to unlock the door or make our food, the manager, who was not even on site, then proceeded to call the law on my family and put us all on no trespass notice. How professional. Upon talking to other people in the parking lot I then found out people that arrived at 9:15 were being refused service. This subway has lazy workers and an unprofessional manager. After leaving subway and going to a nearby Taco Bell, my family received a free meal after hearing what had happened. Do not waste your money to a franchise undeserving of it, spend it at Taco Bell, where they actually care.

There was a jagged sharp piece of metal in my daughters sub. About an inch long! she spit it out after it cut her mouth. I called the store to make them aware so they could check their food. Told the manager I know these things happen so I wanted to tell you so you can pull and check the ingredients. Her response was that it did not come from there, and she just walked in from a doctors appointment and did not have time for me. Really? Be careful if you choose to eat here. Not that everyone would have metal in their food but if they care that little just imagine what else is Going on with the food.

I’ve waited years to take a cumulative review of this business and after more than 4 years I will share my findings …not feelings.In short the owner must not care . I have been may days where there was no bread at the sandwich shop. I have made multiple online orders that have been given to other customers or just not made .I contribute this to a lack of care from the owners. This isn’t my first frustration . This is a pitiful showing of the corporate goal. I have asked to talk to the owners to express how concerning this is . Six years later I can’t talk to them. They are unavailable . I guess some people just have money to waste and a community to disappoint . My experience after being here in this community for 20 + years
