Staff definitely did not want to come to work today, she had no interest in being of any actual use. Got our order wrong (it’s not that difficult to read a screen, I’ve worked in food for years), got an attitude when we asked for it to be corrected. So if “Martha” would like to reach out to formally ban us like the crew member stated, I’d be alright with that to be able to tell her what kind of staff she hired. Should have went to Cook Out🤷♂️

the store to go inside closed at 8 pm not really happy with that other location are not like that and when they forgot some of my food they still made me go back into drive through to get my other food. And they ran out of large cups

Having a taco bell in town is great and all but this location is super slow and the customer service is awful. I have had multiple bad experiences with this location and personally think they just need to be shut down. I went once, I live 10 mins from this place. I placed a mobile order, waited 10 mins and then came. This gives them 20 mins to make the order already. I come through the drive thru they give me my drinks and told me to pull up. We sat there for almost 30 mins and once we went inside they said they didn’t even know we were there. They never get orders right, and on many occasions the food has tasted old which is gross! The 20 extra min drive to the one in Lexington is 100% worth it.

Gross, slimy lettuce(even though I ordered no lettuce), crispy chicken burrito, the chicken was old,dry and hard, not to mention cold. Ordered soft tacos with no lettuce and a burrito with no tomatoes. All were wrong. I don't know how they keep customers.

Waited 30 minutes for a dine-in order and finally went to get a refund. They were rude, unapologetic, and not concerned about anything but the drive through. Would not take people's orders at a cash register, even when they were elderly. I would avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

Came at 7:30pm on a Tuesday for dinner, dining room doors were locked. Had to go through the drive thru, over a 7min wait in the drive thru for regular menu items not speciality orders. Worker at window said they were short staffed.

After ordering waited about 15 to 20 minutes for order. Realized an item was missing, as soon as I drove around to park and go inside an employee locked the door. According to sign on door it was supposed to be open until 10pm it was only 9:22pm. Had to get back in the drive thru line just to get the item. Don't understand why the employee couldn't just let me get I by going inside to pick it up.
