I just left here not to long ago! With a bad services! We were waiting to get the table clean so we can eat however know told us anything like “ I be right be you”.. I understand there I was no in off employees but two more came in and the lady told the other guy we been waiting and he just kept looking at us not even come to clean the table or get our order. Thank you waffle of batesburg for the 40 min wait. Y’all doing amazing!!!! ????

The waitress was very rude! She waited on everyone else but was more busy trying to impress a guy! She say talking to him that we would just have to wait!We have been waiting at least 30 minutes for her to take my order! We go walking out she says out loud Iam glad you are going!She was rude and she is prejudice against white people! Because she kept on looking at us ! She is theafrican American with a hurt ! Iff she is in that much pain why didn't she just stayed home,! Don't eat hereGo to aAiken Waffle House!

Don't stop here if you're in a hurry to eat. My grandpa moves faster than the cook . I ordered a Tbone steak cooked medium and 2 eggs over easy and grits .. Got steak first it was cold and over cooked .. The cook forgot the rest of my order and was told a second time...The severs were nice....

Came in around 11am the place was decently busy. I waited at register for. 10 minutes before the lady acknowledged me. Then the was a line of customers waiting to play. She had me step back so the could pay and left me standing there 7 minutes until another lady finally took my order! I was just about to express how mad I was. Basically she wanted her tip money and not valuable customer. Don’t go there they are slack!

This Waffle House is always good, even when it's slammed pack and the cook's always put on a good show . My foods always on point at this location. ?Parking: Plenty of free parking available.Kid-friendliness: Kids are gifted crayons and a Waffle House color book if you have a good waitress that offers it . It does keep the children occupied while waiting on there food .Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access available and tables available for wheelchair's and also bathrooms have are wheelchair accessibility and handrail's which is very important.

Have not eat here in a long time iv stoped going to waffle house because the price keeps going up an the service keeps getting worse waited long time for them to clean the grill I now it's not fast food but it is sort orders so it should not take so long to clean the grill an get some food on the costumer table food tast nasty after grill is cleaned

My family and I are well aware it’s a Waffle House and there is so much you can say about the food. When the food is served hot and with a smile and amazing personality. What more could you ask for. We come every Saturday and Sunday. Yes we could go elsewhere in the area and support Local small businesses but they do not have the golden gem waitress and cooks here. Marissa, Dee and Alisha are the true shining stars here. They always welcome you with a smile and keep the tables rolling. No matter how busy they are they always make you feel like you’re the only table! Our cups never run empty, food is always hot and the three listed and the cooks completely incredible. If the small business around here had people like Marissa, Alisha and Dee maybe we would go twice a week to them. Now we only come for breakfast because we do not care for the second and third shift. I am all about supporting small town businesses but how about supporting your local community members. Just because these ladies wear Waffle House Uniforms doesn’t mean they are not apart of the community. Support them allow them to make you smile and feel important. Side note your food will always be right or they handle it. I rarely see a manager and in my opinion these Ladies run this place. Thank you ladies for always making my family feel welcomed. Also my niece is half African American half white. We are a white family and always get stares when she is with us. These ladies never judge and are supper nice to here which we don’t get else where. This is forever our morning Waffle House.Kid-friendliness: Marissa, Dee, Alisha and Mrs. Rachel are always very friendly and sweet to the kids. We saw a little girl get sick. Her mom was horrified and very apologetic. These ladies comfort the mama and told her it is perfectly fine we will take care of it. And even offered to remake the food for the little girl to take home. They just took care and handled the situation make the mother feel at ease. Most places would’ve made the mother clean it up. Not our local Waffle house girls! Above and beyond as always.

November 8th - Took them 20 minutes to our order in. Cook and waitress fighting in front of whole restaurant. Old white lady needs to be retired. Young African American girl needs fired for the way she caused a scene. Absolutely pitiful experience. Got up and walked out.
