Waited 15 min at the drive through, was told only “two people on board” see im a patient person, i waited another 10 min. And when i just said “maam?” I was given a reply that was “we only have to people in store rn your going to have to wait a minute” all in all i waited 25 MINUTES and my lunch is 30min, i could of drove off whenever but i kept giving them the benefit of the doubt (it was 11am and there was one car ahead of me, not busy at all”

This Wendy’s has gone downhill in the recent months and it is totally UNACCEPTABLE! I went in last week for a chili and I had mobile ordered it. Long story short I was in the drive thru and the car in front of me was at the speaker but all of a sudden they left then I got up to the speaker and no one was answering me at all I was there for 2 minutes with no response. So I then decided to park and go inside then once again everyone that was working was in the back 🤦‍♂️ they finally came and answered me and asked what I got and I told them so they finally gave me my chili. Then today I mobile ordered a baked potato and I got up to the speaker they asked my order I told them that I had a mobile order then when I got up to the window they told me to pull forward and wait. I was waiting for 10 MINUTES and the person behind me got there food before me. Also I had asked for no chili and not surprising they gave me chili. Overall the service sucks and I probably won’t be back until they get better people working there.

The food is hot no complaints on the food however the service was bad they had the person working at the window had an attitude and was forgetting to bring the food and mixing up the food and was cutting us off while we was ordering this service sucks and I don't know if I would go back

My food was very tasty; although I usually order the same thing...($5 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag). It's very fulfilling!
