Have had a co-worker telling me about this place for about a year now and I finally made it out. He really undersold it about how good it was and how nice everyone was. I ordered the Reuben and I had some of the best pastrami I've ever had in my life on it. My parents grabbed the bologna sandwich and shrimp and chicken gumbo and they absolutely loved it as well. Another thing is the prices. For what you get it is incredibly cheap and I actually expected this meal to cost us around 60 to $70 but it was less than 50. For what you get, the price can't be beat. I cannot wait to come back!

I wanted so much to give a great review. All of the servers were great and our server was great as well. The hostess was our problem from the time we walked in. Seems like because the question was asked about her, which all servers already knew what I was talking about. And this is where my problem is, it came back in our food. I sincerely hope that there food doesn’t suck like that all the time. I hope all the chickens will be happy with all the food we brought home. SMH Atmosphere seems good if you’re a regular or know someone working.

The food was excellent!! Wiz Eatery 2 0 was recommended to me last by a fellow pickleball player.
Friday evenings have smoked prime rib and Saturday evenings have grilled prime rib...
I will be going back again and have recommended this eatery to many others as well.
The prime rib is the best that I've ever eaten in the 26 states where u e traveled l.

Party of 5 had nearly a 2 hour “experience” at Wiz’s - first and last visit since they reopened as Wiz’s. Good news is we were seated quickly. But then it all crashed. 4 of the 5 meals literally arrived with little or no warmth. Cold hamburger steak, cold baked potatoes, cold ribeyes, cold fries, cold mushrooms, etc. The server was apologetic but didn’t volunteer anything but an apology. Management walked by our table numerous times over the 1+ hour as we sat without food.
Great food especially for the price portions are huge. Service is excellent. By far our favorite place to eat out especially with our grandson.
Kid-friendliness: They are the best with children we can't leave until our grandson gets his hug from Mrs. Cheryl Wiz.

I came to Batesburg for a friend of mine. I ordered a medium rare prime rib. It came out well done. I simply asked for another one since it was way over cooked. The owner “Sheryl” came out and argued with me that it wasn’t. (I have the pics to show it was)…I don’t mind paying for a good meal, but this was unbelievable when she argued with me at the table that this was how it was supposed to be. Meanwhile Matt and our server were fantastic, but I won’t go spend another$100 down at a place that don’t listen to their customers…will spend my money somewhere else!!!
