Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I went through the drive through with my grandmother today. As we pulled up the woman who was taking orders at the drive through proceeded to explain the drink machine was not working. We understood that, I get it, thinks break. But when my grandmother asked if we can order and not add the drink charge. The woman was very rude and snippy saying “we are doing the best we can.” My grandmother apologized and let the women know that she she was only curious if it would be the same price or cheaper without the drink and apologized if she came off as rude. The woman taking orders continued to be extremely rude! Honestly I will probably never come back to this location! I’d rather drive to lexington or even Columbia than come to the Batesburg location ever again!

This location never puts enough seasoning on the fries. Had to throw chicken fingers away before due to looking undercooked. Do better please. Zaxby's is one of my favorite's

The food was not as advertised at all. We went through the drive thru when we got home we're disappointed. I've in a chicken nugget that had more meat on it than my chipotle ranch chicken tacos. I asked for no tomato and it was full of tomatoes my wife asked for no lettuce which was ok but all they put on it was chicken and not much of it. ZAXBY'S has lost our business.

Ordered the 3 taco meal 8/21/2024 around 4:30 pm. When I was eating my first taco I noticed a long hair. My hair is extremely short, so not mine.
Needless to say my dog ate well last night. Won’t be ordering that again…
Sad because I really liked the tacos. Oh well.

Quickest place in town to get lunch/dinner. On the few occasions I've had to wait, it wasn't for very long. You've barely got time to put your card back in your wallet before they're handing you your food. The service is always friendly and smiling. The food is always good and correct. I would recommend to everyone
