Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Waited at the speaker for a good 5 minutes,once I ordered my food waited at the window about 5 more minutes,(I am on lunch break)Got back to work my strawberry lemonade was straight water with a tap of strawberry in it,I never had this problem before!!What a waste of lunch ..

The cashier seemed mad at the world. The food wasn’t cooked all the way and when I said something to the cashier she fixed the problem with free sauce. Normally I would ask to get my food recooked but was worried they’d spit on it.

I always pay for extra sauce and dressings and never get it, ok i understand one or two times but every single time the workers need to start reading the order slips

I had the surf and turf which consisted of three chicken tenders and seven pieces of shrimp with some fries and a drink. It came to $14.37 which just seems high for a fast food restaurant. The food was okay, it just wasn't spectacular or anything to talk about.

My husband and I got the Cobb Salad. He had the fried chicken on his, and i had the baked chicken. The salads are a nice size. It has lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, bacon bits, onions, and it comes with toast and whatever dressing you want.

Ordered via the drive thru. Asked for a large meal and didn’t get it. The boneless wings were supposed to be nuclear. They had very little trace of sauce at all and tasted more like a salt lick. Both salads were ordered with fried chicken but, were grilled instead. This seems to be a recurring problem at this location. No one in the drive thru has time to go inside to address such a problem…or risk the possibility of your food being contaminated because you complain.

Huge shoutout to Treasure at Zaxbys! I had to place a very large order last minute while ordering remotely from another state, and she handled it with absolute ease. She was super sweet, accommodating, and made the entire process stress-free. The service was fantastic, and everything was ready just as needed. Thank you, Treasure and team for going above and beyond! We so appreciate you feeding our people!

Brian the cashier was great

Disappointed in this location. We arrived here at 8:40 on a Sunday night. Dining room was dirty, soda machine and drink station was sticky and unclean. Service was slow even though we were the only people there. We waited 15 minutes for our food, while we were waiting someone turned the lights off on us! We were finally handed our food in a to-go bag and one of the workers took away the tea urn and we had to ask to get a refill before leaving. We ate in the car and our food wasn’t even hot. We got a salad, a nibblers meal, fried pickles and a milkshake. Everything was cold, the salad wasn’t even full and I could have strained the grease off the fried pickles into a bowl. If you advertise that you are open until 10, don’t make customers feel unwelcome at night! Will not be coming back here! The red bank location is much better!

I went through the drive through with my grandmother today. As we pulled up the woman who was taking orders at the drive through proceeded to explain the drink machine was not working. We understood that, I get it, thinks break. But when my grandmother asked if we can order and not add the drink charge. The woman was very rude and snippy saying “we are doing the best we can.” My grandmother apologized and let the women know that she she was only curious if it would be the same price or cheaper without the drink and apologized if she came off as rude. The woman taking orders continued to be extremely rude! Honestly I will probably never come back to this location! I’d rather drive to lexington or even Columbia than come to the Batesburg location ever again!

This location never puts enough seasoning on the fries. Had to throw chicken fingers away before due to looking undercooked. Do better please. Zaxby's is one of my favorite's
