Stopped in for lunch and I must say that of the literally dozens of Arby's I've visited, this one is different. Nothing caught my eye as being off and I notice a lot. The restaurant itself was super clean, even the drink counter, and the staff was great. My sandwich was picture perfect. Not the usual lopsided meat pile on a disfigured bun. It was exactly like in a commercial. Even the wrapper was done perfectly. Potato cakes were super hot and lightly golden brown. I'm not one to give out 5-stars to fast food, however, this Arby's is head and shoulders above the last 10 or 15 Arby's I've visited. We are full time RVers and I love a good roast beef sandwich with Horsey and Arby's sauce, so I frequent a lot of Arby's. Hats off to this store...

Really nice experience. Hands down better than the last visit to a other Arby's in Myrtle Beach. Everything was much fresher, packaged very neatly, and the entire place was nice and clean.

Too late for roast turkey club on menu. The Italian beef was ok. Wouldn't buy again. French dip one is better. Friendly staff.

The big guy working the drive thru window is extremely unfriendly/ rude. My wife's and I french fries we cold and hard. My French Dip sandwich wasn't cut open, it looked like they riped it open to put the meet on it and that was cold also. Don't waste your money and go there, it's disgusting.

November 2025: After placing and receiving my order was when I was informed they were out of ketchup. I also ordered a #2 Double Roast Beef combo and Corn Beef Reuben to go. Not sure what I got. It was roast beef with some kind of cheese on it. Everything in my order was cold. Fries, Sandwiches. While I was filling out this review another customer was in a conflict with the employee, I heard them saying your attitude is everything and the employee was waving him off with his hands and walking away to the back. Some serious customer service training needs to be done at this location.
12/16/25. I like how they, owner/manager/ corporate, gave the standard 1 button push response.
Went back in today and ordered a double Roast Beef combo. See the attached picture and see if you think it was a double. Guess I will learn one day.😡

The store was extremely nasty. Everything was out. No tea and no sauces. Service was very slow and the cashier was ignorant and rude. Would never even consider ever going to eat there again. Bathroom was out of order. This was at 11:00 am on a Monday

My wife ordered French dip sandwiches and fries. The place was deserted, and nobody was in line. Her food was cold when we received it even though we were the only customers. Very disappointing

Went through the drive through at 2:00 to grab a quick lunch before getting my kids from school after a very long day of doctors and automotive appointments. No wait in line. Unfortunately, my curly fries were cold as was the beef and cheddar sandwich. The diet Dr Pepper I ordered wasn’t diet, this would be a huge deal if I were diabetic. Fortunately, I am not. It’s been two hours since I ate half of that cold sandwich and I’m sicker than a dog. Now I see why there was no wait at the drive through.
