Not awful, but not really that good either. I had the shrimp and grits and the shrimp were awesome, but two few. Not great value either. Slow all around.

The French toast wasn’t really that good either

We aren’t sure why this place has over 3 stars. The chicken salad was sour (actually sour) and the croissants were so old and dry they crumbled into dust just picking them up to try to eat them. I’ve never had a place try to make people eat a croissant that was so old and never thought I would ever experience that. The BLT was like a 2 year old prepared it. The soup was nothing better than what comes from a can. The food took forever to come out and the soup was cold. There was only 1 other table there, so it wasn’t that they were busy. We were also sat at a dirty table. This place was bad.

lol. Walk in and place is dead 10 am Friday . Literally 3 people inside and then ask if we could sit outside on patio and they say NO ! They are saving that for people with pets. Even though no one is there. Lol. Prices are ok I guess not cheap not really expensive

Was visiting the area and found this perfect spot. Ate breakfast there the entire stay. Carol our waitress was amazing. Super attentive and made sure we were constantly set. The food was awesome. Highly recommend trying Blackstone’s Cafe!

WAY to expensive for what we got with an automatic 20% gratuity? She came to the table two times. The food was dry and the fries weren't even cooked properly. For the cost of the bill we could have gone to another restaurant two times and got more food. 👎

I have been there several times all good but this visit was very disappointing. Wait to be seated when there was plenty of seats, 1 wait staff stood talking at one table at least 10 minutes. Our waitress finally came to our table then a wait for the food…and they weren’t busy. Won’t be my first breakfast stop next time in town

College banners and New England Prep school banners adorn this favorite spot for brunch and breakfast. Get their specials but especially things with grits, eggs and breakfast meats.

Great place to have breakfast in Beaufort. Cool decor and ample space. We ordered the Loaded Biscuits & Gravy and it was a lot of food. Will definitely return.
