I ordered on the ubereats app and it said they were wrapping up. Cool. Mind you this location says that they close at 12. It was like 4 different delivery drivers and I order around like 10 something! Needless to say, they apparently were closed because I was already upset because I was hungry. So I took it upon myself to go up there and my husband gets there and the employees are just standing around, door locked and telling us that we had to get a refund!!! This is ridiculous! They are a disgrace and corporate will definitely be hearing about this!!

Food is good. But in order to enter the building, I have to walk halfway around the building, weaving between cars in the drive through and nearby road, because the entry that borders the actual parking lot was locked. Dangerously preposterous choice on their part.

Placed online order this morning. When I drove through drive thru the person on the speaker 🔈 n forms me they don’t have an order for me. I gave her the order number and she quickly and rudely says sir I don’t have any orders for drive thru. I couldn’t believe the way she spoke to me so I went in to get my food and speak with a manager. Surprise it was the manager who was so rude. I lost myself when I see my order sitting on the counter. Instead of saying you need to come in and pick it up, she was plain rude. I promptly and very hotly explained how rude and lazy this whole thing was. She then invited me to leave and never come back. Seems they don’t want business there.

The staff was extremely extremely friendly to me and my grandson and I was really kind of taken aback by how amazing the staff was everyone was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant could use a really good deep clean, but the friendliness of the staff made it almost not noticeable again the staff was amazing and they all deserve raises because everyone was really really really really really friendly and helpful

I'll preface this review with saying I have had good service at this location before. However, today's service (12/3/24) was just wrong on so many levels.
I drove through the drive-thru, and was greeted by a male employee. I asked "Can I get a Bacon King combo?" To which the employee responded with "Not today you can't." And refused to elaborate.
I left the line, and watched as others were able to order and get food.
Don't get me wrong, if the issue was something like "Sorry, we're out of bacon" or "Sorry, we can only take cash at the moment", or even "we're a little short staffed, can you come inside to order?" I'd gladly change up my order or just thank them for their time and go somewhere else. Wouldn't even be worth making a review at that point.
I was caught off-guard by the response, especially with the rude tone. I shouldn't have to ask why I can't order something, an explanation should generally be given to a customer when an option isn't available for whatever reason.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. They forgot to give me onion rings two weeks ago and told me to just come back. When I finally did they refused to give me what I purchased and they forgot. The manager was so nasty then would even let me pay for them. This place needs a new manager asap. Would not recommend and I will never ever be back.

No tomatos and now lettuce!!! Was like a kids Burger..did have pickles....not returning here ever ... Cook out has got y'all beat by leaps and bounds!!!! Hell most other hamburger shops got y'all beat .. .shall I start naming them .. Sonic, Hardee's, Way back burgers .etc.
