Went through the window, got home and they forgot a crispy chicken sandwich. Also had a piece of plastic bigger than a quarter in my chicken wrap. Tried to call and the line was busy all day ofc. Make you wait at the first window long enough so they get a good time on the computer but mess the food all up. They were super nice at least

The employees are all unprofessional. There is never kids meal toys. They argue with each other and are rude to customers. The food is terrible the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant. This is by far the worst place to get food. I love burger king but haven’t had it since my experience here and considering it’s the only Burger King open any where close to where I live I’m just disgusted. I wouldn’t recommend to go here and they have no respect for the military. This place needs to be inspected and evaluated by corporate asap.

This is one of my biggest disappointments in Beaufort county. This burger King will go out of business in 2024. Its a Saturday this day I visited the dining area has just me with my $12.00 lunch. Just way too much for a hamburger fries and drink. I should have went to Long horns. Its $2 cheaper and much better.The service was unacceptable. And the store was cold.I will not be going back. Its a shame. I remember back 5 years ago on a Saturday there were 3 people working the counter and a double line for lunch.

Went by my favorite spot to have breakfast this morning and ordered a “ bacon, ham and cheese croissan’wich “ but was very DISAPPOINTED by the order taker who was also the cashier who SNACHED the bag out of my hand and slammed the window after simply explaining at the intercom the sandwich I ordered has EGGS and would like for it to be replaced because I don’t want eggs.The sandwich she claimed she remade still had egg pieces stuck to the bacon.VERY DISAPPOINTEDThis is my fifth time receiving the sandwich I always order with EGG ALWAYS.

I live on ladies island. Both the mcdonalds/Wendy's. Seem understaffed and just dont have the drive that this Burger king has. Yes its fast food, and things may be off. But as far as Beaufort goes. This is top of my list. Well maybe chick-fil-a also✌️

I have been coming here for over a decade, but the service and quality have steadily declined while prices have only risen. The staff seem overworked and understaffed which has surely contributed to the poor service I've experienced on multiple occasions.I usually get a Whopper, but I decided to try the Rodeo Burger this time around and was sorely disappointed. The burger was the size of a breakfast sausage patty with a couple sad looking onion rings on top. The food was cold, even though I was waiting for it. The fries tasted stale, as if they had been left out.I know this place can be better. I've been coming here for so long, it wasn't always like this. They never provided gourmet food or outstanding service but it was consistently good enough for the price. That is sadly no longer the case.
