I usually enjoy this chipotle but unfortunately the chips were stale and the restaurant was quite dirty including the big rice cooking containers and the griddle. Needs consistent cleaning.

Went to Chipotle. It was 8:00 and they said that they were open until 11:00. The people working there didn't acknowledge that we were even waiting to take an order. When we did start our order we were putting them out, it was so obvious they had better things to do. They were out of the caracoba, they were out of onions, they were almost out of rice. After that we decided to go toLa nopalera, a real Mexican restaurant. Looks like they are headed for the same fate as Burger King.

Our experience was horrible. Everything was dirty. The food was un edible and the reviews I’m reading are all saying the same thing. Where is management who owns this? It is destined to close if they can’t figure it out because people will only go there once.The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted liked they were forced to be there. Our tacos each received a full spoonful of sour cream making them so we couldn’t even eat them. As I looked up to see if I should return them, I quickly decided that the unfriendly staff would be of no help, so I just threw them away and went to go eat somewhere else. Will not be returning.

This store is dirty. Fountain area needs cleaning. Tables and chairs need to be wiped. The kitchen area needs to have floors swept. Trash was in a pile before we ordered. The floors in eating areas need sweeping. I can go one but I think you get the idea.

Many things need to go wrong in order for some one to leave a bad review IMO....well that 1 star aligned for an overall 1 star review today while at Chipotle on RSP, Beaufort SC.Customer service: While standing in line to make an order a Chipotle employee (PURPLE JACKET, no other identifiers) decided that she was going to cut the line in order to get her food without stating anything or even waiting for the elderly woman & other paying customers (which we will come back to) in front of us to complete their orders.While that same elderly woman was building her order, PURPLE JACKET employee decided that she was going to be verbally disrespectful, now behind the counter. While verbally badgering another coworker and the elderly woman (customer) and continuing what many could perceive /label as being downright disrespectful and aggressive, the Purple Jacket employee decided that she was going to continue her verbal vomit and express her PERSONAL distain towards an active duty Navy Sailor in uniform (behind the elderly woman) stating "I dont care if she is in the military...". It was at this point I decided to drowned out her verbal onslaught of disrespect towards customers and go about the remaining time of my lunch hour, leaving the establishment without ordering.Needless to say, a refresher of customer service/professionalism should be a mandatory corporate training for both new and senior employees that should be revisited annually, or semi annually at this specific location.Food: Although not ordered, Chipotle cuisine to me will still be one of the better places to grab a quick bite while enjoying a quality burrito bowl.Yes, this is a real review, not AI generated. My wife’s chicken bowl barely had any chicken. She ended up throwing it away because it was gross mush. I have picked up food at this location on multiple occasions and the quality and portions are very inconsistent. We’re not going back to this location.

First time to Chipotle and it will be my last. Food was cold and looked old. The entire restaurant was filthy. Overflowing trash cans. Every table was dirty, drink area I was actually afraid to use. The manager had one of the girls clean up a little and she actually said the restaurant was probably cleaner then peoples homes! Not my house! Complete disgrace. Went to use bathroom to wash my hands before eating and the smell in the bathroom nauseated me. Very clearly had not been cleaned either.Not a good look for the manager. I would not eat here again.

I will forever drive all the way to Bluffton than to eat at this place. When they first open they was nasty ? I decided to give them a try again to see if they’ve improved. CHICKEN BLAND AND COLD. How y’all mess up the most simplest things. Then the two weird white ladys decided to charge me double for some chicken because my burrito too big. Why you mad your nice employee gave me a good scoop ? but because my burrito was very big they charged me more. Like are you dumb, I asked for extra rice. Extra beans and extra tomatoes and corn and you wonder why my burrito is big? Never heard of nobody being so slow and so dense. I told them I didn’t ask for double but okay. White lady gone say do you want a refund I said I already bought it and then she asked again. GIRL IF I WANTED A REFUND I WOULDVE SAID IT DUMMY. Now had I cuss yo behind out for being ignorant and act a fool it would’ve been a problem right ? I don’t do refunds because there’s a thing called dispute ?? duh
