There was difficulty at the cash register resulting in an overchargeuntil I caught it and the manager corrected the problem. Shakey's pizza, they don't skimp on the shrimp. At cookout, they skimp on the chicken in your quesadilla where I honestly thought I was delivered a cheese quesadilla instead of a chicken quesadilla. All staff was courteous, however, the cashier assured me I would get hot sauce on my pulled pork barbecue sandwich, and I tasted absolutely no hot sauce. This is a quality control issue.

It not only met my expectations it exceeded it. One of the best hot dogs ever! If Jesus were to come back to this Earth no doubt he would go to Cook Out and grab a hot dog before doing anything else. Them wash those down witb cheese bites and hush puppies.

This is the second time I’ve been to Cook Out in Beaufort, SC, and once again I experienced extremely rude behavior. I asked for a simple refill, and the Indian girl working there made a completely inappropriate comment about how fast I drank my first one. That is not only unprofessional but also insulting. When I asked another cashier to speak to her, I was completely ignored. She claimed her name is Kelly and that she’s a manager, but based on her attitude, I find that very hard to believe. I am shocked and disappointed that this location allows such disrespectful behavior. The food may be cheap, but no amount of savings is worth being treated this way. I will not be returning, and I’ll be sharing this experience with others.

We arrived for late dinner about 830pm on Thursday night and just got started eating when a worker came to our table to let us know they closed at 9pm.. clearly we hadn't finished and wasn't just chatting actually eating yet he made it clear we needed to finish up. We did and decided to go outside after cleaning our mess up and was sitting on the patio talking and once again came outside to tell us they close at 9pm at this time it was already 10pm but there was new people inside eating so why the rush on us grown adults just sitting outside?!!. Anyway the workers are definitely rude and not at all welcoming .

Very slow drive through. Drive through menu is confusing. The person taking orders is mean and doesn’t like people. The food is less than second class. I gave one star because I couldn’t do -10 for a score. Will NEVER waste my money there again. I don’t think the woman working the window should be employed where doesn’t have to talk to people. And she was training a new employee. So there goes quality down the crapper along with the very sorry food. The whole experience was not worth the 25.00 for two tiny sandwiches, poorly prepared, soggy cold fries and over cooked chicken tenders. Not tender when fried rock hard. Chic- fil-a right across the street.
Terrible food. Chicken was hard like wood fries was wet.
